Put on 3lb this week

But i will blame it on eating a 3 course meal before WI which i don't normally do :o

Seriously hope i don't put on any more soon - don't want to gain too much in this pregnancy!

Still struggling to stay on plan - mainly because fruit is still smelling foul & nausea is still there every other day - trying to pick better choices though

Doesn't help when DH makes me drive for 4 hours after work - so a Tesco ready meal it was - healthy living one though! :o

Good luck to WI's & well done to loosers x

Confused57, having been at target you are sure to have lots of tip once you are back on the wagon again, lol. :rotfl: Did you do Extra Easy last time or was it still red and green days? I only ask because I would have thought Extra Easy is more of a lifestyle change and easier to keep to some of the basic principles in 'real life' once target is reached.

    Nightowl :)

Hi, I did mainly red days before with a few green now and then. I have not done EE much. I am hoping that the change will help. x

    Can anyone help me?

I am trying to work out the syns for the following:

Maggi - Roasted lemon & herb recipe mix. 33g pack
    values per 100g:
    Energy 1239 kJ
    Carbs 57g
    Fat 2.5g
    Protein 8.6g

When I input those values I get 20 something syns. That seems high to me just for a herb mix!

    Thanks in advance

I can see a mixed herb mix at 5 syns for 34g. I don't think it's the right one but seems more like the right number of syns.

ETA: just tried the calculator and it is 5 syns. Maybe you put the kJ in the kcal box?

    Enjoy!!

I had planned fish with cauli and new potatoes for supper tonight. But it's so cold here I've done a Lancashire Hotpot instead. Probably a few more syns but I need something comforting. And it's April!

I was in the same frame of mind until a couple of days when I did one full day on plan. Try to make today's good day the start of getting back on plan. You can do it just take one day at a time and keep busy to keep your mind off food. (Hark at me, I've only been back on it for three days so far!). I do feel more positive now I've got a couple of days behind me I'm sure you'll feel the same. Summer is coming, think of those summer dresses. x
