Big well done Dizzy on the loss and glad you can still 'hear me Muther' :rotfl:
Well done to all the other losers too :A:A
Had a lovely brisk and bracing walk around the Uni lake today with my son and the dog, love quality time with my son but he can't half talk :p. Dog had a great time meeting other dogs, he's a bit wary of people but even they didn't bother him apart from an older couple who he took a dislike to and his heckles went up and he barked (once) at them. I apologised but if looks could kill...... And she mumbled something as she passed me. They must have been giving off unfriendly vibes and Diezel picked up on them as he was fine with everyone else we met and we met loads. Oh we'll, we can't all be pet people :D.
Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine, if you have it. Still a cold wind though.
    Keep the faith all :A:A:A

Could I lose weight eating just potato, baked beans and 'fried' (frylite) eggs. I've lost my job and this is pretty much all i can afford.

    Hi
I would really like to join this thread if possible.
I was a SW member for around 10 months last year but had to stop attending group due to ill health. I have since regained all the weight I lost plus some :( & this is now affecting my health even more.

Tonight I took the step of re-joining group - OMG I can't believe my new starting weight :eek::eek:

I am hoping this thread will be my mid week support & inspiration between groups.

I look forward to getting to know you all over the next few days.

Ps I am new to extra easy (used to only follow Green plan ) so may be asking lots of questions :)

    Morning,

Welcome onmywayup, feel free to ask any questions, there is always someone around who can answer.

My menu plan for yesterday got shuffled around a bit as with various things we didn't get tea until 8pm and OH didn't want to wait for me to cook the planned chicken and chips, so he did his own thing and I had a jacket potato with prawns, EL mayo, roast veg and a pile of salad. By the time I'd done that and made a soup for today I couldn't be bothered having anything else, so only had 3.5 syns. I wanted to get everything sorted last night as I planned to take advantage of the nice weather and walk to work today, but the cough has got worse and a cold, aches and fuzzy head have come along to join it, so it hurts just to stand up never mind walk 4 miles with a rucksack :( Am in work anyway, taken some cold and flu tablets and will see how the day goes.

    SE again today:
B: Mixed berries, oats (B), FF yog, syrup (2)
L: H/M roasted red pepper and tomato soup, ham sandwich (B), pineapple
T: Chicken, chips, carrots, broccoli, gravy (2)
    S: WW yog, possibly a hot choc (2) or a biscuit (5)

Have a good day all :)
