Have a nice Easter lovely people :easter_ba

I'm away to the Sun for a couple of weeks.

Will try to be good - even though freshly baked bread with every meal is the norm

    Enjoy Banjo :)

I'm afraid my weekend is not looking good, yesterday I ended up having some Ikea meatballs, a Mcdonalds fillet of fish and then some fish and chips for tea all washed down by copious amounts of alcohol. This evening we have visitors and a Jamacian takeaway is planned (probabally a mix of goat curry and Jamacian oxtail) again the alcohol will be flowing...tomorrow 3 course lunch planned of prawn cocktail, roast duck with ALL the trimmings then a Dime Bar cake for dessert. Monday we are going out for the Chinese buffet that fell foul to last weekends weather...oh dear, back to it on Tuesday  I did weigh my self this morning though (a day earlier than usual) and the scales were showing a 3 1/4lb loss for the week!!!! Hopefully that will act as a buffer for this weekends frivolities!!

Hope everyone has a lovely Easter weekend :)

    Hi

Last time around for me I ALWAYS went to class, I just found I personally needed to know that someone else was 'in charge of the scales' lol

It was a great help tho for making sure in the 1st few weeks that my food diaries looked ok.....and for getting lots of extra info that I could then come back & share with the lovely folk on here :)

I've just rejoined after taking some time out, and I've signed up for 3 months online this time (I've moved & my class is nowhere near now) Its been good for making sure I have all the up to date info, but IMO going to class was better for me. Hope this helps.

    Morning lovelies

Well The holiday is booked  16 oct 21 nights in Cuba.

I should be feeling really happy/excited now?? but I think because we had to go sooner than I had it planned (in my head) because the flights stop in october...... I am now just in a state of panic that I don't think I will be anywhere near where I want to be when we go :o

I think I may be a little more 'down' than I thought I was if I can't get excited about this :(

Well today is going to be a red day.....not thought about what I'm eating in detail - but it will involve chicken & prob stir fried things
