    Hi Dizzy,

How much would you like/plan to lose? My holiday is next month and I had hoped to lose by then but no way thats going to happen!

    Gill
I would LIKE to lose all of it :p:rotfl: but thats not going to happen! In a really lovely wonderful ideal world It would be great to lose 2lb a week between now & then (Ive achieved this before when I've had my head in gear.....but my head is still a little 'not in gear right now:o)

my only prob is the horrendous gains I get every *week  I can put on up to 3lb sometimes, I know this is fluid & does go away...but when you're on a strict mission it doesn't do anything to help your mojo :o

Hope you manage to lose enough before your hols hun to feel happier while you are there anyway xxx

Ah I hope you do manage to lose it all!

I started SW last Feb after being referred by Doc and managed to lose a stone but then I started training for a half marathon so I stopped going as I knew I would be eating more which seemed to defeat the object of paying the £5 a week as I would prob be just maintaining. I did keep the stone off until Xmas (the half marathon was in Sept) and then I've piled the stone on again! So like you, trying to get my head in gear and doing it again (not going to group though). Could kick myself if I had just kept on going as now a year on, I cold have probably lost all of the weight I wanted (which is a lot!) :mad:

    Hi,

After my 0.5lb loss last week (disappointing) I am hoping to have at least a 1.5lb this week to reach my first 1/2 stone(my WI is Wednesday). I've been pretty good and stayed clear of the Easter Eggs, and also didn't go to a Chinese buffet today as I had planned.
Just a quick question. I've been told there are some Jordan's bars you can have as a healthy extra B. Does anyone know which ones and syn value if not used as healthy B?
    Thanks

Dizzy, was wondering how The magic ear was doing? Still working well I hope. As for the holiday worry - concentrate on the here and now for the time being, October is way off so you have plenty of time to lose as much as you can. Try not to think about the holiday until nearer the time. Probably easier said than done I know. Good luck :A:A

Had quite a good day until an attack of the bread sticks, so that will be all my suns for today :o
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Morning,

Hope everyone has a good Easter? Quiet one here but got a bit of DIY done and even dried some washing outside, which is enough to make me happy! Have finally caught OH's cough though, thought I'd got away with it :(

Just looked and can't see any as a HE - only thing I found was 35g Jordan's sugar free muesli. Syns are as follows:

    Product Extra Easy Original Green
Jordans, Frusli Red Berry Bars, 30g bar 5½ 5½ 5½
Jordans, Luxury Absolute Nut Bars, 45g bar 13 13 13
Jordans, Frusli Truly Tropical Bars, 30g bar 5½ 5½ 5½
    Jordans, Frusli Raisin & Hazelnut Bars, 30g bar 6 6 6
    Jordans, Frusli Cranberry & Apple Bars, 30g bar 5½ 5½ 5½
Jordans, Original Crunchy Coconut Bars, 30g bar 7 7 7
Jordans, Original Crunchy Butterscotch Bars, 30g bar 7 7 7
    Jordans, Original Crunchy Honey & Almond Bars, 30g bar 7 7 7
    Jordans, Frusli Apple Cinnamon & Sultana Bars, 30g bar 5½ 5½ 5½
    Jordans, Breakfast in a Bar, Special Bars, Muesli , 40g bar 7½ 7½ 7½

WI for me last night and lost 1.5lbs. It's something but still have 4.5 of last week's phantom gain to get rid of. Consultant suggested trying success express so have planned out this week's meals with 5 days of SE included. Just having my breakfast now - lovely but nearly broke my tooth on a cherry stone, am sure the frozen berries are meant to have the stones removed!

    Anyway, SE:
    B: Mixed berries, pineapple,FF yog, 1 weetabix (1/2 B), 1tbsp syrup (2)
L: Ham sandwich (B), tomatoes, pineapple
T: Chicken, chips, carrots and broccoli, gravy (2)
    S: WW yog, milk (A), Freddo (5)

Have a good day folks :)

    Morning all,

Hope you have all had a good weekend, I enjoyed mine even if it was a very naughty one! :lipsrseal Back on the wagon this morning though, if I can get a STS at the end of the week I'll be more than happy with that. Not planned any meals yet but brekkie was tomatoes on 1 toast (800g B) and a banana, tea with milk (A).

WI was yesterday and happpy to say another 1lb off:j:j:j

A slow start, but haven't really pushed myself so that is the plan this week - try and stick to it 100% Holiday is in 11 weeks time, so if I can continue 1lb a week i'll be happy but am desperately trying to do a little bit more.

Have a suitcase full of holiday clothes I want to get into so I don't have to buy more....

New meal to try this week will be the brunch that everyone's been going on about with SW chips (they are so yummy - would never go back to shop bought ones now).

Good luck to all those weighing in this week, and well done to those who have lost already xxx
