Hi all, havent been on in a while, had a week off work and i was great with my eating then all of a sudden my * was 2 weeks late, so this tuesday i ended up with it arriving :(

On Monday morning i weighed an i had 0.5lb on, had a takeaway Monday, tuesday and last night, feel so depressed. I just wish it would all go away and leave me alone cause i was so happy losing weight and preparing everything but cant seem to get back into it again now. I refuse to get a takeaway tonight, im making sw chips, salmon and loads of veg. I was feeling terrible until i read through the last few pages that i missed and that gave me the motivation a little to suck it up and move on.

    Congratulations to all you losers:j
Hugs for all who need them xx

So thrilled I lost 2.5lbs this week and got my half stone Award! 7.5 lbs in 5 weeks which I'm delighted with.

Only really have another 6.5lbs to go until I'm at my previous weight of 9 stone 4 but I'll see how I feel at that point and I may decide to go for 8 stone 12 as my goal as that was the weight I was happiest with my body at back when I was 20 (9 long years ago!).

However, I have a 3 week holiday to contend with which may slow things down a bit!

:T miss independent! Although I had more to lose than you what you're saying rung a bell. I set a target at the top end of where I'm happiest and have struggled not to fall below the target range for 18 months. I also took weeks to finally get to target due to holidays!;) I think your body does have a 'happy' range. The trouble is it is usually wider that the 6 lbs. allowed by SW.:rotfl:

I'm having a flexi weekend away in Liverpool. Thermals are packed.:D Firmly back on the wagon next week.

You sure you arent related to me cos when something goes wrong here it doesnt happen by halves. My sink taps had worn the insert valves were vibrating when any other water source was used, rang dad who came up took valves out and tried to source some more, all the shanks on the new ones were too long for my tap handles so ended up having to buy new valves and handles - cost more than the initial tap!!!
I think that glass of wine was well deserved and i certainly wouldnt have stopped at one after one of those days. Hope tomorrow is better for you :)

Well done Nightowl and Macpep, all going in the right direction. Sorry to hear about your sink saga LL, stuff like that just fills me with dread as what looks simple can (and usually does) so easily escalate :(

Thanks all, Stef it seems we could be related then! All sorted now, went to Plum Centre on my way home from work earlier and got a waste trap, I've fitted it all with my own fair hands :) Good job I have the next week off work, looks like I need it to catch up with my washing  Having a good day food wise too (so far!) will tell more later, have to dash back off to work now TTFN

Evening all, my EE day today...

    B - 2 x weetabix (B), Milk (A), Banana

L - Chicken, mushroom, onion rissotto, muller

T - Zippy's Egg and bacon brunch (I'm guessing 4 syns for cheese), SW chips

Will be having some wine in a bit since there is no work tomorrow! :)

Have to say Zippy the brunch was absolutely georgeous!! That will be a regular quick and easy midweek meal with SW chips or might even try it on a lazy Sunday morning for breakfast :)
