:j:j:j WI today............6lb loss - I am absolutely chuffed to bits:)

Its given me hope that I'm back firmly on the wagon & heading in the right direction again.

Oh....and for those that remember me from last time around, I have had the offer of another holiday dangled in front of me as a method of making me keep my focus on target :D

    Well done. :T

Congrats to all the other losers & good luck to those that haven't weighed in yet. :A

I saw my gp yesterday & i've lost 5 kg since the last time she weighed me sometime last year most likely in the Summer after i'd had my last son.

I was 100 kg on her scales & if I remember rightly I was 102 kg when they did my booking in appointment when I was pregnant in 2011 but have had 2 babies since then. :rotfl:

She has booked me in to have my thyroid tested & to test me for RA as my joints are all starting to hurt now not just my fingers, elbows & knees.

Hopefully if it comes back that my thyroid is underactive they will put me on meds which should hopefully help me lose weight. She has also done me a Gym referral. Exercise is a swear word to me & I hate getting sweaty but needs must. :o
I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

    Hi everyone...

Not sure yet if today is Green or EE...

    B - 2 weetabix (B), Milk (A), Banana

L - Mushroom, mixed peppers and onion omelette and 2 plums (no yoghurt as someone stole my Muller and there is only a Milky Way dessert in the fridge  - I can and will resist! :) )
T - not sure yet but it might be the Egg and Bacon brunch that was kindly put on here a few days ago served with some SW chips :)

Syns - none yet but I'm sure I'll find some somewhere, just hope there are no Marshmallows at work this afternoon!!! :rotfl:

My hubby has Underactive Thyroid, he is now on the maximum dosage of the meds that are allowed before he can no longer be prescribed them by his GP and he has to be referred to the specialist. Although the meds have stabalised his weight gain they have not caused any weight losses, he has had to work on that himself (there is currently 1.5st less of him than a few months back :) ). Hope you find out what is the matter with you. NB when my hubby was diagnosed he only went to the GP as he was constantly getting cramps (even in his face muscles) just wondering if your aching joints are a symptom of any possible Thyroid problem - just a thought.

Had my weight loss clinic today and didnt get weighed as the workshop had already updated my loss from yesterday.
Dietician is really pleased with my weight loss since the beginning of the month and happy that i can adapt the service to work with SW. Asked how i had managed to do so and explained using the syn allowance or 300 cals a day we get to use them towards extra dairy or carbs to ensure i am getting the correct amount of portions a day, looked at my diaries and said it seems spot on so going to carry on the same till my next meeting at the end of may with weigh ins carrying on during the tuesday workshops where i can also ask for food diaries to be looked at if i feel things aren't working right again.

A bit disappointed with my 0.5lb loss today. I was expecting it though as I've been on the scales at home. I've stuck to the plan this week but have been missing some of the 'body magic' so maybe that's where I've gone wrong. Or maybe I'll just get a better loss next week. Bought some of the SW bars today as I've been struggling with what to eat for my healthy extra B - not a great bread fan. Never had them before - I've been missing out! I've tried the Berry Bakewell one that's buy on get one free at present, it's lovely! Would have bought it normally as I don't really like fruit in bars but it was like eating a Cherry Bakewell pie, yum.

Well done Stef you are doing really well getting the two to work together!
