Good Luck for WI tomorrow :T
Banjo & BCS - Big cyber hugs to you, both of you seem to be having a hard time with your [STRIKE]better[/STRIKE] other halves:eek:

Was 100% on plan all weekend, my DH refused to take me to the new Krispy Kreme place as we were driving home from Ednburgh, he reminded me I had made SW pakora & chicken tikka, I just wanted to see what the big fuss was over a doughnut 'sake, I had to settle for a bit of cheesecake & cream after roast dinner last night :D so no more syns for me, I found my laptop charger whilst moving stuff from old unit to new one, didn't know it was my charger until I asked DH if he knew what it was for :rotfl:I can now get online at night again

    Todays EE plan:-

B - Pineapple, Melon, berries, nat yoghurt
L - Dyno Rod Soup, apple, kiwi, melon, pineapple
D - Mexican Bake (a), actifry herby potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower
    S - Banana, mullerlight, 2 alpen lights (b)

Can you tell me what a Mexican bake is please? Mexican is my all time favourite food :)

You're honestly not missing much- I'm not a huge doughnut fan but OH is and once the novelty wore off even he agreed with me that they're no better than any others, they just have more imaginative flavours!

ETA: Cheesecake however is a different matter... :rotfl:

Afternoon all, nice to see the weather hasn't disrupted too many.

I feel awful today and not looked forward to the workshop tomorrow and weigh in as i know looking at my own scales that i have gained 1lb. Now i am seriously getting peeved with it all again. I only went over syns on friday night, saturday i had 1.5 glasses of wine so well with in allowance and yesterday i had 5 thorntons choc's as it was my birthday - knowing that other chocs are approx 2 syns each i am still within syns. Have been making doubly sure that all meals have sf's with them and making sure there are extra to ensure i get enough but it appears im stuck on ground hog day again. Was hoping for a loss this week. Have had to cut out doing the wii for the time being while awaiting a physio appointment for my feet so i know body magic is lower than it has been but shouldnt stop a loss surely.

    Anyway today's meal plan
B, porridge made with water and a banana
L, JP with beans, strawberries and f/fyog
T Italian bean stew loaded with Sfs and side salad
Hea will be a piece of cheese.
Snack will be more f/f yog and frozen berries.

Lost 3st 5lb with Slimming world so far!!

  • Happy Birthday for yesterday Steph.

Evening peeps, hope everyone is well.

Today didn't go to plan at all. I phoned the hospital this morning as requested (my surgeon is sometimes in theatre so I have to check each time) to be told that I didn't have an appointment today after all despite them sending me a text alert yesterday to remind me.

Anyway I then proceeded to weigh myself & was pleasantly surprised to discover i's lost 14 oz's this week taking my total over the 9 weeks to 13 lbs so was over the moon. :j

Good luck to those yet to be weighed this week, well done to those who lost or sts & hugs to those who put on. :A
