food today has been..
B: porridge + milk (A+B) banana
L: HM veg soup
T: from the taste of asia book - filipino pork adobo + rice, was very tasty and syn free! yoghurt + blueberries / mango
prob have a hifi bar later with a brew!

I changed my mind and my day went from EE to Green....
B - 2 x weetabix (B), Milk (A), Banana
L - Jacket potato, Cheese (B), Salad
T - hm Bombay Potatoes with chicken flavour rice
Syns have been spent of Tia Maria and coke
For anyone that is interested here is the recepie for the Bombay Potatoes, very nice tooI used frylight rather than oil though so it made it complety syn free.

Evening, hope everyone is well.
It's weigh day Monday & i've had a bad week food wise, it's been really stressful at home & my oh has been kicking off almost daily.
I've been flitting between not eating & eating carp.I tried to make up for it today by sticking to plan but I don't think it will be enough. I'm so mad at myself for potentially messing everything up for myself after how hard i've worked.
I'm starting to think i'll never be able to do this while he's here as his mood swings & name calling upset me so much that I lose all control.
Breakfast - 2 wholemeal toast (HEB) 2 boiled eggs, 2 bacon, mushrooms & tomatoes.
Lunch - mugshot & grapes
Dinner - homemade vegetable curry & rice (tinned tomatoes, onions, garlic, red pepper, mushrooms, green beans, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, broccoli & cauliflower) & curry powder obviously. :rotfl:
Dessert - WW fat free yoghurt
Snacks - Alpen Light Bar (3 syns) Caramel Snack a Jacks (5 syns).I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Aww hun, dont beat yourself up for a bad few days.....draw a line under it, try clear your head - have a fresh start in the morning & just take whatever Mondays WI brings on the chin.
I've been where you are before, with someone who constantly 'got at me' lowering my self esteem. He had the most appalling mood swings & every time I tried to do something to better myself i.e with a diet....he would do his best to sabotage it (usually by kicking off so I would get so upset I'd just forget the diet & eat Carp as comfort
The way I started to cope with it was every time he started, my resolve got a bit stronger with the diet.....I figured - well If I'm going to end up divorced I certainly don't want to be fat too!;) so It made me even more determined to NOT reach for rubbish.
Ohhhh and everytime I chopped up a carrot I let my imagination run away with me :rotfl: chin up hun......you can do this!! xx0 -

Almost certainlyDon't let his insecurities ruin your hard work & happiness hun......speaking from personal past experience you need to keep in control of this FOR YOU
So this week has been a not so great one - Tomorrow is a new day, put it all behind you, keep strong & get firmly back on that wagon!:) its the one thing you do have total control over - and when you have achieved your target HOW GOOD ARE YOU GONNA LOOK & FEEL!!!:A xx

Hi all.
No time to read back through pages, so hugs to those that need, well done losers and STS.
WI today. Loss of -1.5lb.
Think that's luck more than anything else. DH still very poorly, so have been nurse for the past week, not had much time to make proper food for me (He's on liquids and mush for now).
Off to work, leaving DS in charge of nursing DH. I don't want to go and leave him but needs must etc.

WI day for me, reasonably happy with a 1.5lb loss even if it does mean I'm still 1lb heavier than I was a couple of weeks ago due to last weeks gain.0
