Well done on your recent weight losses, and a big big congrats to your Son :j
Lunch was more than usual today because of my craving after the upsetting phone call. Has been a bowl of speed soup all week.
Re the latter, no chance of me doing a runner. I'm not the one playing away and neglecting the kids.
Though I would welcome the opportunity of a cuddle sometime
Excuse me if I am speaking out of turn but it sounds as if for lots of reasons you and the kids would be better off without her
Sending you lots of cyber cuddles x0 -
Hi everyone
Congratulations Nessie :j I've JUST realised that you are expecting!!! how lovely
Sorry Ive not joined in and posted much since I came back from the wildernessthings are still a little odd & up & down in the land of dizzy, but I am trying to keep up with the posts.
Im on day 5 of my first week on plan, some things I seem to have not forgotten....other things I'm very rusty with & am constantly checking (maybe thats my brain turning to mush :rotfl:)
I have a question though If any of you lovelies can help me out?:A
In sainsburys they have orange top 1% milk...... now HEA says skimmed you have 350, semi (2%) 250
- so would this mean that it would be ok to have 300ml of the 1% as a HEA?0 -

Now if it looked like the South Pole outside your window, you would have a chance of recreating the scene on your avatar
