I have found a way to control eating - a trip to the dentist! Went for a first visit/check up with new dentist and ended up with a filling!!! Better off than hubby who had 3 fillings and an extraction :rotfl:Numbeness didn't wear off till 4pm when i managed to eat my lunch now just waiting for tea to cook.

Banjo that meal plan looks a lot fuller than previous ones, have you been sticking to that level of food most days? Im a little concerned by the response of your battleaxe when you announced you weren't going to group, i fear she maybe extremely insecure and that if you are going to fade a way are you likely to be more attractive to women kind and you will do a runner??

Frogga you may want to consult with your GP about CBT. My sister has been going through this for various reasons and for her to be able to manage day to day life with out anxieties, perhaps they can do the same for you to rectify your emotional eating.

    Hi Stef

Well done on your recent weight losses, and a big big congrats to your Son :j

Lunch was more than usual today because of my craving after the upsetting phone call. Has been a bowl of speed soup all week.

Re the latter, no chance of me doing a runner. I'm not the one playing away and neglecting the kids.

Though I would welcome the opportunity of a cuddle sometime ;)

    Aww, I can't see it :(

I've looked but can't find anything for this - have you got any more details, brand etc?

Welcome back Banjo and good on you for continuing to follow SW. Have to say, I really thought the chainsaw thing had been a joke after the knife incident but obviously not, be careful!

Went for lunch with my chum and had tomato and chorizo soup and a piece of crusty wholemeal bread. Probably used my syns for the day so will try not to have any more but if I am in desperate need of a Freddo later (likely) then I'll have it and call it a flexi syn day, won't be too far over.
Hi Blodwyn, I am not sure, I think they are Burtons Thanks anywayicon7.gif

    Hi Wizkid,

    Are they called marshmallow teacakes?

They have a biscuit crumb base, then the marshmallow on top. Then completely covered in chocolate?

Cannot find Burtons ones, but the Tunnocks are 5.5 syns each I believe.

    Thank you.

Try eating more meals like you have had today to get them scales shifting. If you dont eat enough then your body will store everything you eat as fat supplies as your body goes into shock not managing to supply it with all the nutrients you need. After all if you listen to me/us once and follow the plan to the T what have you got to lose other than weight ;)
