Didn't much fancy the left over rosties for lunch so instead I chopped them up and fryed them in fry light then added some beaten eggs and made a potato omlette - very nice too served with some salad0

Then almost immediately, I had a really strong urge to eat something "satisfying". The strange thing was, I couldn't think of what would satisfy me (to eat I mean) as my tummy was telling me that I wasn't hungry. But my mind was urging me to have something to TASTE. I wanted to satisfy a TASTE urge, not a hunger one. It was a very powerful urge.
I resisted and had an early lunch. Sprayed frylight in pan and made a mushroom omelette. Think that has done the trick.
Well done on both counts x0 -

Aww, I can't see itCan anyone tell me how many syns in a chocolate marshmallow Please.
I've looked but can't find anything for this - have you got any more details, brand etc?
Welcome back Banjo and good on you for continuing to follow SW. Have to say, I really thought the chainsaw thing had been a joke after the knife incident but obviously not, be careful!
Went for lunch with my chum and had tomato and chorizo soup and a piece of crusty wholemeal bread. Probably used my syns for the day so will try not to have any more but if I am in desperate need of a Freddo later (likely) then I'll have it and call it a flexi syn day, won't be too far over.2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

What is your solutiuon then Banjo?
I have been eating a LOT of Oreo's.
A friend brought them back from the States and they are so much nicer than the ones you get here.
Unfortunatly (or not) it was a very large packet.
I find it very very hard to just have one or two or three.
If the packet is not open I am ok but once it is open I just cannot control myself.
We all have our demons or we wouldent have an issue with food & needing to loose weight.
