Applepad - there are a few veggie recipes in the new mag and some fish dishes as well. If you eat quorn mince and sausages there are also recipes where you could substitute the meat for quorn.

Welcome Lollie and other new faces.
Running around after my kids - plus the constant knee/back ache prompted my joining too. Keep your goal in mind - not the scales, not the lbs that are clinging so desperately - evilly aware of your grand scheme to flush them down the loo.Just the simple thought that if you stick at it for two months. Honestly, without over doing the syns you will be lighter, fitter and better for it. What's two months in the grand scheme of things?

I'm sure there are many others here who can help you here, don't give up after 6 days!
WJ has the right of it wiz. Glad to know it was a wobble -we all have those. IF it helps any, when the inches changed for me the lbs were slower to go.Not just yet I will try a little longer. Thanks to you all giving me encouragement.

Like others have said - and speaking from experience above 5 syns or risk panic stations - and no lose. Enjoy them, thats what they are there for. They don't tell you this enough at group. Healthy Eating... not starvation. You are allowed to eat nice stuff, not just cardboard and lettuce. :rotfl:0 -
