Can I join you all...I was a target member but gone very astray:( When I reached target having lost 2St1, I struggled to stabilise. I was eating rubbish for weeks and still losing, I should have just lowered target but I didn't think I'd manage to stay lower or would look too healthy so I just ate like crazy.
All was okish then I put a couple of pounds on, got out of target by a pound or two and didnt go to group. When I went back it was too late and I'd have had to re-join so I didnt.I was too assumed really and thought I could do it on my own. I managed okay for a while then come Octoberish, target anniversary wouldn't you know, the scales went up and up.
Anyway I'm going to re-join group tomorrow and lose the stone Ive managed to put on before I do an impression of the incredible haulk to my clothes. I'm not looking forward to the scales but looking forward to joining a new group and getting to know everyone.Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
thanks shellieholly and joedenise every bit of advice helps. I seem to be losing pounds but not inches. I feel that I'm eating too much. Can I cut back on the protein foods and eat more fruit and veg?0

Hi everyone.. iv been following this fantastic thread for a week now and I'm ready to jump back on wagon! Iv got my voucher out of the mirror so tomorrow will be my first weigh in . A little about me .. I'm not entirely new to all this, I lost 2 and a half stone early last year but got lazy
and I think I may have put around a stone back on. I am so motivated now tho, I've done my sw shop and going to plan my week in advance as that's always my downfall , no plans then just eating junk at work. I'm also planning start walking as the furthest I prob walk at the minute is to the car !! So .. wish me luck plz for getting back into it as easy as I did the first time around x

Hi anyone veggie and do just green days?
I have gone meat and dairy free for health reasons and am doing SW aswell to aid weight loss.
I am gutted as I have lost just 1/2lb in first week.
When I did go to class and did EE I lost but when weight loss stopped I went onto green as I had done that before, asked consultant a few questions and she had no idea. Only that I needed a 1/3 super free with everything, this was not on the original Green plan.
Today I have had/expect to have
B 2 x weatabix with banana and soya milk, tea with sweater soya milk
S grapes, satsuma and herbal tea
L tuna salad and tea as before
T veg stew from SW mag0 -
Morning all,
Shellie - sorry to hear you're struggling. As you said, today is a new day and you know you can do it *hugs*
Justin - if you're not sure about joining a class maybe try doing it without for a few weeks and see how you get on? There's always the option to join later if you struggle.
Lost 3lb of Christmas gain last night - pleased as after last WI I still had 2 and a bit days of eating rubbish before getting back on track, so 3lb isn't bad at all. Need to lose 2 to get back to pre-Christmas weight, and really want to do that next week before I'm away for a week on a course.
Green today:
B: Oats (B), milk (A), banana
L: Speed soup, satsuma
T: Quorn burgers (1), chips, beans, pitta (B)
S: Hifi light (3), Freddo (5)
