I reached target weight six months ago and intended to still go to group every month or so to keep in target range.
However i did'nt manage to do that and now reckon i'm about 4 or 5 lbs over target.
Does anyone know if i would i have to join again or just go back as a target member, i wonder if theres is a time limit of six months or so to be able to do that
    Thank you

If you haven't been to group within the last 4 weeks - i'm afraid you will have to re-join - but your new target will have to be at least 7 lbs away

If you go back within the 4 weeks - you will still be a member and have a grace week to get back in target - if you then don't get back within that week you will have to pay until you get back to target

    I hope this makes sense???

Well last week my scales were saying 6 1/2lbs gain over Christmas and today at slimming world I've put on 3 1/2lbs :( which means that I have actually lost 3lbs this last week which is good, the Christmas weight WILL come off!

I am determind to lose those 3 1/2lbs this week too, lots of soup, loads of walking, it can be done. I need to get back into my target range or I will have to start paying and that's not very mse lol. Bought the new magazine too and there are loads of fab recipes in there as usual so I will be adding them to next weeks meal plan.

    Have a good day everyone!

hi is the voucher finished?? could it be shared?? thanks

If you can find a leaflet (they seem to be put through doors a lot at this time of year) that will have a free membership voucher on it. Alternatively it says on the SW website that it is currently half price membership, or if you buy a 12 week countdown (in which you would only pay for 10 weeks anyway) membership is free :)

SugaJen, could you send it to me as well?? I've been a member before and just want to know what changes they have made to the hex's so I can get back on track with the new books.

I'm going a-ok today actually.. Bit of a rush this morning to get out of the house but managed to grab something to take along as lunch to work.. The joys of being unorganised!

Which reminds me to get more fruit and veggies in the house today!

PM'd you. Code has to be used by Jan 31st.

I am following a no meat no diary diet, it's the 'overcoming multiple sclerosis diet. Fish is allowed.

I am doing green days, found my old books, will read them tonight.
Are there many veggie dishes in this months mag ?

Well, what a let down, six days of not over indulging after New Years Eve and I have put on 3lb. New years day I had one bag of Walkers light crisps ans a low fat cheese cake. Each day since nothing. just either green or EE Days and one Mix 2 Max day. I think i'll give up, I am just wasting my time and money. HELP HELP HELP!!!

I think you need to give it more time! Bear in mind that your body is still adjusting to the intake before the new year. You probably gained 3lbs but in reality you've lost 3lbs too.

I'm sure there are many others here who can help you here, don't give up after 6 days!

Wixkid don't givve up. Back to basics make sure you are weighing and doing everything you should and writing everything down. We all have blimps... if you give up it will be a bulge!

You really need to have at least 5 syns a day otherwise your body will go into "starvation" mode which means you won't lose the weight. Please don't give up just following the plan as it is meant to be done, including having your syns and drinking plenty of fluids.
