This is greed but i saved 51 syns for the weekend and had 1 big bottle of rose wine and a small one, 1 vodka and diet coke, 1 sambuka and 1 jagerbomb, i just hope an pray that i do well enough this week and lose again . Hi Peeps,
Just hopping on for a quick opinion form you all.
I've been 'on task' for weeks. I've managed a few treats on a few nights but not indulged in any bingeing AT ALL :T I vowed I would not weigh myself as this is when it all goes wrong. If I see a good result then I get cocky and think I can allow myself a little binge as I've done so well. If I'm not happy with the scales I binge as I can't see the point of carrying on. No matter what, I ALWAYS binge when I weigh myself.
BUT...
I really want to have a sneaky peek to see if/how much I've lost. I've defo lost as I can get my size 12 trousers on easily, actually they gape at the back, and I feel HEEPS thinner, but I bet I'm not, but I don't know, but I must be, but what if it's worse than I thought, but what if I'm under the next stone????Do you see my problem?
I was going to keep going on my best behaviour until next thursday (end of term is takeaway night) and have a few treats (a binge) at Easter. What say you?Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Hi Frogga,
Personally if I knew weighing would make me binge then I wouldn't do it. If you're going to have a treat night anyway it'd be worth waiting until next week. After all, if you weigh and binge today how will you feel? If you're anything like me, sick and disappointed, and it just isn't worth it. BTW well done for sticking to it so well over the past few weeks and your stats are amazing!2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

I agree with Blodwen, you have come this far so I would wait & give yourself a wee treat next week when you do weigh in:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Hi Bloddy and maccy  thanks for your replies
Do you think I should weigh at all next week then? Did vow in February never to weigh myself ever again. I feel ok so does it matter what the scales say? Should I know the truth?
'They' say I should be 10 st as I'm 5ft 5 1/2 inch but I know I'm nowhere near that. Does it matter? I'm a size 12 and although curvy (very big bum and hips) I don't think I stand out in a crowd any more.
What's more important ~ feeling an ok weight and possibly being dillusional, or actually being an ok weight?
Would love to hear your opinions as I'm sure many are in the same boatSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Hi Frogga
If you are happy not weighing yourself then don't - I on the other hand would be curious, I am 5' 2 1/2 & want to get to 8st 7lb so still 15.5lb to lose to get to that, its just whatever you feel comfortable in & you have done amazing so far.
I religiously weigh myself every Wed when I wake up. I have learned not to overeat if I have gained as I like you was also thinking "whats the point" and sometimes an extra glass/bottle of vino as an extra treat if I lost that week - swings & roundabouts I say :rotfl:If I lose that extra stone by the end of the year I will be happy, sometimes life just gets in the way:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

That's the trouble Maccy, I too am a nosey parker and really want to know. In my head, because I feel really good at the mo, I'm 10 st. However, reality is such that I am nowhere near 10 st, so I shall be sorely dissappointed.
