I'm not entirely sure to be honest, probably somewhere around the 2-2.5 stone mark. I set a target as 11.13 (2st 1 from where I am now) because it was around that area and would mean 100lb total loss, but it is a bit of an arbitrary goal so I'll see when I get there! :D

Today has gone ok so far....I havent eaten my own knuckles - nor have I been tempted by the choccie counter with my cup of tea on my way out of the hospital after hydrotherapy :A (polish my halo)

I am ready for my tea already tho so I am off to raid the fridge for some strawberries that I have lurking in there for emergencies like this ;)

Someone asked for the recipe for Spicy Thai Bites yesterday.

I use 1lb lean mince (either pork or beef) I used pork last night
    1 onion (finely chopped)
    2 cloves garlic ( " ")
    1 tablespoon FishOil
    1 " Soy Sauce
    1tspn Chilli
    1 tspn ginger
    1 tspn cumin
    Little salt & Pepper

Shape into small balls - this will do maybe 16-20.

Spray frying pan with Frylight. Fry on both sides until cooked.
I serve with rice and I also make a mango salsa - which is cubed mango, chopped roasted red peppers (in jar from supermarket) fresh coriander, fresh mint. The Thai bites are nice with a blob of low fat greek yoghurt and some fresh chives sprinkled over.

Back from the weightloss workshop and it was soooo boring today, looking at food labelling, i think even the dopiest amongst us knows about the traffic light systems and what to look for on those. But a bonus was a STS on their scales from last week so it doesn't look like the chinese the weekend did too much damage so could still get a loss on thursday night too.

Blodwen well done on the loss it really is great to see such an achievement. How long has it taken you to get to where you are? I know you have a date on your signature but is that the beginning of your weight loss journey or had you dabbled with diets before?

Some very encouraging results on here today. Blodwen, you've done amazingly well to get to 5st in under a year.:T:T If you haven't got a target weight in mind, do you have a dress size you'd like to be for those weddings/holidays?
I found it easy to choose a target weight as it was where I'd always been as an adult before the stress snacking/vino and general idleness caught up with me!;)

Sorry your clinic was such a disappointment stef. Was there anything much to say about shopping? Do they promote cooking from scratch?

:Tfor signing up to online membership dizzy, that's another step to getting yourself back in gear.

hello all..... you guys dont shout at me lol but another 4.5lb loss tonight ...
only 1.5lbs off getting my two stone

Rob if you don't mind can I ask what kind of stuff you eat on a daily basis as you always have good losses? :o

I'm wondering whether i'm eating too much or not enough. :o

Are you doing lots of exercise too as I don't do any?
I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.
