I think we've got wires crossed as with the countdown you pay upfront for either 6 weeks or 12 weeks, If your paying weekly and you had recently changed groups and text the original consultant they wont be able to transfer a shift/holiday week as its only logged to your consultant but if youve requested to change groups last week youl be fine x

I bought a 12 week countdown. I originally had a Monday WI and last week text leader that due to shift I had to go to a meeting later in the week. When I got to WI on Thursday, they had already taken a week off the Countdown on the Monday despite me not being there and notifying leader, they also took a week off Countdown for the Thursday so this is what I meant by being charged double. I lost two weeks of countdown in one week!

DEF query that cos ive never seen that happen and done the paying n weighing for years dont even know how they could have as your card needs to be inserted to log you in bonkers ! cos when the snow and ice was down and s/w gave weeks you didnt have to pay for if missed they couldnt be added with us until the individual cards were inserted, dont lose out tho someones cocked up not you x

For those of us who are a little way off target, Evans have quite a good online sale at the moment (up to 50% off).

I'm going to make SW pate today. Never made normal pate so should be interesting, sounds fairly straight forward, hope cooking the livers doesn't put me off!

At least you're making a start at getting back to it dizzy, that's what matters. Where's your avatar gone???

I've been allowing myself lots of flexi meals and snacks lately although my basic menu is still SW. Mainly this was because I went way under my target from being ill and needed to get back into the habit of eating. I haven't been to WI for three weeks for various reasons. I'm planning to go this week to make sure I'm still in range.

My Avatar got lost in the wilderness (like me :o) I deleted it to put another more recent one on.....then realised all my pics are on my old laptop  - they don't call me dizzy just cos of the vertigo you know :rotfl:

sorry to hear you've been ill, hope you are on the mend now? x

Hope that your first day is going ok dizzy.

    More snow here.
    Not a lover of snow.

    Oh & what is FF?
    Tell me more.

My 1st day went OK(ish) but I know I didnt eat enough :( had a real busy day with the hospital, BUT what I did eat was the right stuff at least !

Decided late last night to take the plunge & commit myself to signing up for online membership for 3 months....I just need that extra something to make me get my head down & be 'good' again....and seeing as large groups of folk are off the agenda for now then I figured this is the next best thing.

Plus it means I will be less of a pain in the Aris asking too many questions :rotfl:

Day 2 today Have no idea yet what I'm eating, but it involves something with bacon & chicken and maybe egg at some point (plus my fruit & veg lurking in the fridge) I really must get my SW head back on.......where did I park that SW Tank does anyone know???
