If i remember correctly there are 3 flavours, apple and sultana, summer fruits and i think the other one is a chocolate one (been a while since i bought any), priced at £1.29ish a box so cheaper than alpen ones.

Think I have made a BIG mistake, reading back, it should have been benefit ones I got, I got the fruit and fibre ones in a purple box, chocolate and everything on them, whilst eating, I was thinking, I cannot believe I can have 2 of these as an HEB :o Whoopsie, they are definately NOT benefit ones, I am scared to find out how many syns they have been as I used all my syns up at the weekend :(, and ate 2 or 3 of these counting as HEB's

    Anyhow Hi Everyone

Thanks Stef. Do I seem to be doing this EE plan right as I don't think I'm losing any? I have cut out bananas because someone told me I wouldn't lose eating those, and cut down on potatoes.
    What do you think?

Some people don't seem to get on with bananas but a lot of people eat them and lose (I have one a day and have had no problems)- whoever told you otherwise is generalising massively! I agree with Stef, maybe have a good look and your menu and just make sure everything is 100% to plan.

    Green for me I think:
    B: Porridge (B), milk (A), banana, golden syrup (2)
L: Mugshot, satsuma (wish I'd brought something else with me as may well be starving mid afternoon!)
T: Not sure yet, maybe pasta or some pizza
S: Choccy bar, Jelly tots, Options

Only half a pound to my shiny 5st sticker and really want it tonight! Been 100% but * week is imminent so fingers crossed!

    Afternoon all.....

Happy to report a 1lb loss this week, which is fantastic after the weekend I've had - lots of yummy food & cocktails :o

I did weigh myself Friday mornin and the scales were showing a 2lb loss so I know my food plan is working and it was the weekend that has slowed me down - just hope there's not a delayed reaction and I put on next week. I'm going to have to work extra hard to be good this week.....

PS Thanks to those who replied about the tortillas - will be visiting Asda to stock up on their own brand:beer:

Hi all I haven't been on here for a little while. I've been a little disappointed as I have only lost 4lbs in 3 weeks but by mum has lost 8lbs so thats good. I'm hoping to have 3lbs off this week as I'm desperate for my half stone award.

Anyway, the first week we went we had a different group leader as ours was on holiday, and we bought our 12 week countdowns. We made them aware that we are shift workers. The next week we had the official group leader and she was not very good - there was pretty much a mass exodus before the meeting as people left straight after weigh in. She seemed like she didn't really want to be there, and was making people who had maintained or gained feel bad. Also it was difficult to hear as people were talking amongst themselves and she didn't seem to bother. There was a very negative vibe to the meeting. The following week (WI 2) it was the same and we both commented to each other that there was little point in staying - we just found it depressing.

The next week we couldn't make the meeting and I txt and explained that due to our shifts we couldn't make a Monday meeting last week but we would go to a meeting later in the week. She text back fine see you next week. When Mum and I got to the meeting later in the week (with a different consultant) we had been charged for the Monday meeting and then were also charged for the meeting the same week. The leader of this group was like chalk and cheese - she was so welcoming and helpful and everyone at meeting got a right laugh - her meeting was choca bloc! She does lots of classes so we have more chance of making hers (though they are farther away - its worth it). ETA this SW consultant also helped me understand that my health problems are contributing to a slower weightloss but encouraged me to change my mental attitude and see that every 1lb loss is a victory.

I text our existing leader saying that as I'm now having to work evenings and nights for at least 6 weeks, I can't make her meeting and I drive Mum so we will have to change. She hasn't got back to me and I'm worried she is going to charge me again. I was very nice and apologetic but other members have previously commented that she doesn't always reply. I'm worried we're going to be charged double yet again.

    Has anyone got any advice?
