I haven't replied to SW consultant's text yet. Don't know what to say. If I tell the truth, it would be like telling my life story - and doubt she would believe it.
Today:
B. 2 large oranges.
Snack. Large orange.
D. Roast chicken, carrots, broccoli, new potatoes.
Snack. Orange.
T. Smoked salmon on 2 wholemeal mini sub rolls HexB
Syns for Philadelphia light and Chardonnay.0 -

This could be you, despite everything you have going on the consultants job is to listen to how you are struggling and give you strategies to cope. With SW it gives you the tools to use this style of healthy living at any point in your life and when things in your life are going ok then its easier to focus on the eating plan and when you know things have hit the fan they can take a back seat and be picked up when more suitable.
Perhaps you could right yourself a pro's and cons list of returning to group and see what out weighs the other and come to a decision this way.

I'm only just (trying) to read back on some of the many pages of the thread since re-joining you lovely people, but hope you don;t mind me adding my 2 penneth here......:o
speaking from experience - Please Please text your consultant & get yourself back to group! I had to have a couple of breaks from group along my last journey & the longer I left it the harder it was to go back because I felt that I would be 'told off' for any gains in my absence. I always found once i'd got back there I'd been worrying for nothing;)
From what I see you are still struggling with the idea that you can eat & eat & eat and still lose weight?? which is why is all the more important that YOU DO go to class until you get the plan firmly in your head & the confidence that it works :A
Oh....and a question? why are you always on the naughty step please :laugh::rotfl:0 -

Can honestly say non SW food doesn't agree with me anymore. After posting last night about taking son out for his birthday meal the evening progressed with me feeling really really exhausted - the feelings you used to get after sunday lunch with the works followed by that big pudding with lashings of custard. So exhausted i ended up having 12 hours sleep
I presume you mean we were in the same place yesterdayIt's rare I go into Birmingham but must admit I love the indoor food market there especially since they will skin the chicken for me, saves me from a very nasty job!
We more often go into Merry Hill (or Merry Hell as we prefer to call it! LOL).
Yes I know what you mean regarding the sleepy feeling, it does seem to happen much easier when you are following SWx

Thanks Stef. Do I seem to be doing this EE plan right as I don't think I'm losing any? I have cut out bananas because someone told me I wouldn't lose eating those, and cut down on potatoes.
What do you think?
Nite Nite all see you tomoz0
