DIZZY!!!!:j Really lovely to see you back. So sorry to hear you have had such a rough time. Onwards and upwards and lots of hugs

Stef - really pleased you're seeing some results. I'm sure it's putting your head away trying to follow the different guidelines but i don't think you care as long as you get the results you want :j

Banjo - you need to eat more - that's the bottom line. Your meal plans make me hungry. I suggest you just give it a try - what's the worst that cn happen? I just don't allow myself to go hungry on SW , never have. It was hard as it felt like - how can i eat all this and still lose? But i lost over 3 stone and have maintained since August . I would so love you to abandon all pre diet conceptions and just try it for a week , see what happens!

    Yest meal plan

B - 6 wholegrain ryvita HEB with quark and cheese HEA
L - Veggie chilli (beans and veg) and rice, very small piece of crust bread (3)
D - singapore chicken chow mein with fried rice (ttl 11syns). big portions so will eat the rest tomorrow :)
Snacks - banana, mugshot, grapes, 3 oranges, plum, strawbs
Syns - 2 packs balsamic lentil curls from M&S (9 ttl) and 2 percy pigs (2) and my chinese (11) . I tally my syns weekly rather than allow a daily limit so have plenty of room for some rum and crisps tonight . Might make nachos SW friendly....... :D

Sun - quorn lasagne (packed with veg) and very synful garlic potatoes and carrots

I followed SE for 5 days and still had a STS. I have asked about FF this week in gorup and consultant is going to find me out the paperwork for it, however i am finding since joining a weight loss group through my GP and participating in the workshops i am addressing areas that aren't mentioned in groups and i believe after many many weeks of STS it has helped the past fortnight to get a 4.5lb loss in total.
well done stef obvioulsy its what you needed

Well i need to get back on plan now. I have had my meal out that was promised to my son for his birthday treat - chinese buffet!! To be fair the only highly synned bit i had was the crispy beef and the thin slice of gateaux afterwards but syns were low yesterday and with todays allowance it should all balance out. Not sure what tea will be yet as still full from lunch time.
Also went to the chinese supermarket afterwards and stocked up on all the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and spices i could need in time for when consultant gets the taste of asia book in stock - the sods at the other 2 groups keep swiping them before it comes round to thursday!
