On syns online there is a section called Hex updates. There is no further update to theM&S pitta breads being added and like i said before they were removed as they now contain oil, but there are some WW ones on the list - 6 pack of Wholemeal of which you can have one as HEB.
Also looking on the syns online they have updated the info on the seed sensations bread i have been having, before i just mentioned it was from an 800g loaf - today it is showing it must be the wholemeal one, i have been buying the 7 seeds original one :( Oh well, had a 2lb loss this week so something must be working and my pipe works seem to be a lot clearer than they were with just WM bread.

Cheers Stef, that means I can have a proper chicken kebab now. :j

I prefer the seeded bread too, you'd think it was more healthy because of the seeds.
I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Yes, it says 1 of the 6 pack of WW pittas is a HEB. Let us know what they're like, it might be more filling to have one of those than a sandwich of 2 tiny bread slices.

    Enjoy your roast!

I have a pack in the fridge & they look quite big so i'd imagine they would be quite filling. I'm thinking of using them to make my own pizza's. :p

It is a seeded one you can have but before the update it just said Hovis seed sensations 800g, 1 slice. So seeing 2 varieties on the shelf picked up 7 seeds, unfortunately this one has a purple banner on it and is not HEB but the golden banner 5 seeds wholemeal/original one is. Not sure if the prior was released after the latter hence the update on the website.

Oh welcome back Dizzy, so many people have asked after you over the time you have been away. I for one have been so concerned for you as I knew you were heading for a tough time [on top of the tough times you'd already had]. The tank lost a couple of wheels as well as a few passengers since you stopped driving :p. So welcome back and a great big big-hug-smiley-face.gif from us all [especially me cute-hug.gif ]. So have you moved from your penthouse then?

Did you know MrsM had a baby boy [Charlie]? He's started walking now :D.

:A thanks hun, yep it all kind of went pear shaped ( me included lol) its been a real battle trying to get my head to where it is now.

Had to move from the Penthouse as I could see Mums house from my patio area....and I just couldn't cope:( so decided to take the plunge and got a cottage out in the sticks -not ideal mobility wise yet but im getting a snazzy stairlift so thats gonna be a big help.

Wow MrsM has a walking baby! I really have been away too long :o
Welcome back Dizzy, sorry to hear about your mum. :(

You have been missed on the thoughts of the day thread too. :A

:A Thanks, I've yet to be brave enough to venture along over there, say hello for me won't you.

:jGreat to see you dizzy. So sorry to hear your sad news. I guessed it was something like that, I knew you wouldn't jump off the wagon for no good reason.

There are a few small syn changes to SW since the new books and many of us have access to the website. So, just ask away if there's anything you need. Is it your plan to 'go it alone' for a while and rejoin a group when you've got your head (and other parts of anatomy;)) back in gear?

I feel like Ive been away such a long time.....I'm struggling to remember a few things about it all. My plan is to go it alone just for now (I'm just not ready to walk into a group of people at the moment :() hopefully as I have more sessions with my Counsellor then I'l feel more myself again. so until then I'm afraid I will have to keep bugging you lovely lot for any info I need.

now that reminds me......Pitta breads & normal bread - what can I have as HEB please? anyone? :)

Hello  to Dizzy, I'm a new face on here, but I spend most of my time on the naughty step. Sorry to hear you've had such a hard time :(

Needless to say didn't go to WI yesterday. Consultant has texted me today to ask if everything okay :o

Not sure what to do. To go it alone from now, or go for the next 2 weeks for which I've prepaid for. I'm really embarrassed though missing 2 weeks....and STS for what must be 3 weeks now :(

Have a great Friday evening eveyone

Banjo for you i personally would recommend sticking to group as you still havent conquered your fear of eating freely the foods that are available to you. While your head is stuck around the whole cant eat wont lose weight issue i truely doubt you would be able to go it alone without reverting back to old habits. There was a lady in my group last night who has admitted the same mindset, she leaves group on a thursday night full off beans determined to have a better week, eating as much as she can then punishes herself on a friday as she feels she has over done it and cant lose weight eating in such a manner.
Plus you dont want the trouble and strife saying i told you so ;)
