Also looking on the syns online they have updated the info on the seed sensations bread i have been having, before i just mentioned it was from an 800g loaf - today it is showing it must be the wholemeal one, i have been buying the 7 seeds original oneOh well, had a 2lb loss this week so something must be working and my pipe works seem to be a lot clearer than they were with just WM bread.
Cheers Stef, that means I can have a proper chicken kebab now. :j
I prefer the seeded bread too, you'd think it was more healthy because of the seeds. :cool:I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Yes, it says 1 of the 6 pack of WW pittas is a HEB. Let us know what they're like, it might be more filling to have one of those than a sandwich of 2 tiny bread slices.
Enjoy your roast!
I have a pack in the fridge & they look quite big so i'd imagine they would be quite filling. I'm thinking of using them to make my own pizza's.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

I for one have been so concerned for you as I knew you were heading for a tough time [on top of the tough times you'd already had]. The tank lost a couple of wheels as well as a few passengers since you stopped driving
. So welcome back and a great big
from us all [especially me
]. So have you moved from your penthouse then?
Did you know MrsM had a baby boy [Charlie]? He's started walking now.
:A thanks hun, yep it all kind of went pear shaped ( me included lol) its been a real battle trying to get my head to where it is now.
Had to move from the Penthouse as I could see Mums house from my patio area....and I just couldn't cope:( so decided to take the plunge and got a cottage out in the sticks -not ideal mobility wise yet but im getting a snazzy stairlift so thats gonna be a big help.
Wow MrsM has a walking baby! I really have been away too longBreast_Cancer_Survivor wrote: »Welcome back Dizzy, sorry to hear about your mum.
You have been missed on the thoughts of the day thread too. :A
:A Thanks, I've yet to be brave enough to venture along over there, say hello for me won't you.lucky-legs wrote: »

WELCOME BACK DIZZY!
(missed you!)
Sorry you've had such a rotten time, I hope this year looks upon you kindly x
:A Awww thanks hun - well this year just HAS TO be better than the last couple of years!! lol
:jGreat to see you dizzy. So sorry to hear your sad news. I guessed it was something like that, I knew you wouldn't jump off the wagon for no good reason.
There are a few small syn changes to SW since the new books and many of us have access to the website. So, just ask away if there's anything you need. Is it your plan to 'go it alone' for a while and rejoin a group when you've got your head (and other parts of anatomy;)) back in gear?
I feel like Ive been away such a long time.....I'm struggling to remember a few things about it all. My plan is to go it alone just for now (I'm just not ready to walk into a group of people at the moment) hopefully as I have more sessions with my Counsellor then I'l feel more myself again. so until then I'm afraid I will have to keep bugging you lovely lot for any info I need.
now that reminds me......Pitta breads & normal bread - what can I have as HEB please? anyone?0 -

Good evening lovelies
I trust everyone has red noses
My wife did when she rolled in at 4 this morning
Great losses mich and Stef :T
And congrats to your Son Stef - fantastic :j
Hello  to Dizzy, I'm a new face on here, but I spend most of my time on the naughty step. Sorry to hear you've had such a hard time
Needless to say didn't go to WI yesterday. Consultant has texted me today to ask if everything okay
Not sure what to do. To go it alone from now, or go for the next 2 weeks for which I've prepaid for. I'm really embarrassed though missing 2 weeks....and STS for what must be 3 weeks now
Have a great Friday evening eveyone0 -
