  • Good evening.

The roast beef was delicious. :p

I haven't eaten a piece of cake for nearly 8 weeks & i'm now craving it badly. :o

We don't have anything sweet suitable for me to eat apart from Alpen Light bars which quite frankly will not do the trick.

Luckily we don't actually have any actual cake either but i'm so desperate for it i'm contemplating making one. :o

    Help me. :rotfl:

A friend bought me a 'Betty's tea rooms' individual birthday cake last weekend and I'm afraid I succumbed to it this evening, but I'm thinking the Tia Maria's n coke I've washed it down with will probabally have many more syns than the cake so therefore I'll not worry about it!! LOL x

What are they like? I don't have any cocoa powder either sigh so it will have to be a chocolate alpen light bar.

My 6 month old is teething really badly atm so i'm not getting much sleep & my sleeping pattern is all over the shop. I seem to get hungry in the early hours & as I don't get up until late i'm having my breakfast at lunch time so struggling to get my 3rd meal in which doesn't help.

If there is any left over curry/chilli/cottage pie left I usually reheat that as my 3rd meal but tonight it will have to be a mug shot same as last night.

I might have an options fudge hot chocolate to alleviate my sweet craving. :A

Haven't the foggiest of what it tastes like, it is being posted all over the facebook page each time someone wants something chocolatey without the syns. Could you not get an omlette whipped up? Atleast it would be something substantial and effortless.

Have you tried Ambesol liquid? (not the gel) I swore by it when my kids were young and I even used it, with great success, when my own wisdom tooth came in!! :) You can get it over the counter at most chemists.
