    Evening all,

Well done to the losers and to BCS on your NSV :) sorry to hear you've disappointed Pennylane, anything you can pinpoint or is it unexpected?

Just got in from pub (left OH there!) Had lovely catch up with my friend but everyone was watching rugby (I'm not a fan) and time flew so was later home than expected. Just sitting in bed eating my tea then early night as got to be up at 6 to clean kitchen (looks like a bomb has hit it :( ) and prepare lunch and tea as going to be out watching the runners all day.

T: macaroni pasta n sauce (1.5) with ham and red pepper
    S: belvita biscuit (3), milk (A)

Probably won't have any more syns today but will use them tomorrow

    Tomorrow- red
    B: Joe's sausage and tomatoes
L: ham and tomato pitta (B), banana, satsuma
    T: HM burgers, cheese (A), rolls (B + 6), ketchup (1)

Enjoy the rest of your weekend folks and apologies for any typos - never realized how frustrating typing on a kindle is!!

I made a SW veggie curry tonight (with Quorn mince) and very nice it was too. We had it with rice. Dessert was a mullerlight yoghourt.

    Morning Losers :)
I've a lot of thread to catch up on, but hope everyone is fine.
WI day for me and I am thrilled with STS.

Hospital appt Tuesday, so hopefully get sorted one way or another!

Hope everyone has a nice, relaxing Sunday, I'm off to work to fill my planes full of people going nice places.
I'll be one soon, booked a well needed holiday to Majorca for a wee rest in about 7 weeks. :jThere's a target for me, a stone in 7 weeks....
(did I say that out loud?)
Quite achievable, if I get my backside in gear.

Morning all, just popping in to walk the walk of shame!!! LOL I'm afraid for me it is a 2.5lb gain :( No one to blame but myself though, not really been properly on plan all week, been eating SW meals but not having much SF. Then last night I erm had one or two (or maybe it was three or more) of home (un)measured cocktails made from amaretto, baileys, tia maria and milk....I opened a fresh 2L bottle of semi skimmed at the start of the evening and am most annoyed with myself this morning to see that nearly half a bottle has dissapeared! Also later today we are off out for a meal as a belated birthday celebration (too tight to pay mothers day prices last weekend!) so the forcast for today is not looking too good either. Then we are out again next weekend for a chinese buffet meal

On a brighter note...I have planned all my evening meals for the coming week so hopefully I can get a STS next weekend.

I went into Birmingham yesterday and after three hours of walking around I only came home with a couple of bags of skinless chicken drumsticks! Not sure if this means I'm old or boring or both but at least it is in line with SW :)

Hope everyone has a good day, and Happy St Patricks day to anyone celebrating :)

    Morning all,

A very non-SW day yesterday as we had a fundraising event for the rugby club! breakfast was at my parents (weetabix, warm milk (from HeA) and a banana) lunch was a warburtons sandwich thin (love these things!) and then at the event I had two strawberries dipped in chocolate (chocolate fountain) a piece of chocolate cake, pack of space raiders and a flump! Then for our 'date night' we had a chinese takeaway!

Today I will try an be a little better but from Monday I will be laughing :)
    breakfasts:cereal (1st HeB) and milk (from HeA)with a banana
lunches: soups/left overs/sandwich (2nd HeB) with either a 2finger kitkat or a pack of space raiders plus fruit and a jelly pot (totaling 6syns or less unless tea is very low syn)
tea: spag bol, chicken, veggies and rice with veg sauce, 'pizza chicken' and mash with veggies, chicken dinner, sausages and mash with veggies, and at least one meal out (with bf's grandparents whilst he is away haha)

Don't mind have a few extra syns if I don't have the second HeB

hoping to get to the gym atleast once but might not manage it as on wednesday I'm at a business conference with work and friday we are hoping to go to Manchester to see my auntie :)

Will probably be back on later :)

Hello all, can I join in too?

I re-joined SW a few weeks ago and 5 pounds off so far, really hoping to lose the 2 needed for my half stone award this coming Tuesday! :)

Best wishes to you all, N xx

    Welcome nikky

.......Banjo - you need to eat more - that's the bottom line. Your meal plans make me hungry. I suggest you just give it a try - what's the worst that cn happen? I just don't allow myself to go hungry on SW , never have. It was hard as it felt like - how can i eat all this and still lose? But i lost over 3 stone and have maintained since August . I would so love you to abandon all pre diet conceptions and just try it for a week , see what happens!

Thank you so much zippychick. I WILL try. I really appreciate your words :A

Luckylegs we could have circled each other without realising yesterday! Right place right time and all that ;)

Can honestly say non SW food doesn't agree with me anymore. After posting last night about taking son out for his birthday meal the evening progressed with me feeling really really exhausted - the feelings you used to get after sunday lunch with the works followed by that big pudding with lashings of custard. So exhausted i ended up having 12 hours sleep

Today is very much back on the ball

B, 1 x hovis seed sensations, egg and beans. Bowl of melon, pineapple and grapes.
L, M&S roast lamb with veg dinner (3.5syns)
T, HM roast chicken dinner, cabbage, sprouts and carrots, boiled pots.
    Hea milk
    Snack low low on toast.

am really tired after finishing work today and feeling like I want to eat junk!

have resisted so far, and glad I have some pasta + salad in the fridge that I can have for tea as not in the humour for cooking today!

    the plan so far is..
B: all bran (3.5 and HEA) + banana
L: bacon on toast (HEB) ketchup 1, nectarine
T: spicy veg pasta + salad, yoghurt + fruit

possibly an options hot choc (2) and rocky road (3) later

hello and welcome back to all joining us.. good luck for WI's next week :)
