I don't want to make too much noise & wake everyone up.
I've kind of lost all my motivation since my weight loss slowed down & can't even be bothered to plan my meals anymore.
I need a kick up the backside to get me back on track.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

You can get it over the counter at most chemists.
I haven't, thanks for that, i've just been using the bonjela teething gel which just seems to slide back off.
He is asleep atm but has been clingy & whingy all day. My 19 month old is teething too but he seems to deal with it better.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

I found the same thing with the gels that they just slid off but with the liquid it soaks straight in, Ambesol is an anesthetic so works very well - hope it works for your little one(s) x0 -

I've been following the advice you've been having from the fat clinic with great interest stef and thanks for sharing it with us. SW is the one and only 'diet' I've ever done and I found it really hard to get my head around why it works. The simplest way is just to accept that it worked for me and not be too analytical but I find that really difficult ( a bit like some bossy adult just saying 'do as you're told'). My very simple reasoning has always been that you eat healthy stuff freely and restrict treats. That's fine until you meet people who are following the plan but it isn't working. Some make their own tweaks like giving up bread or restricting portion size. SW offers SE and FF for those occasions. It'll be interesting to see how these solutions vary from what the clinic is suggesting.
Sorry to be so 'preachy' and philosophical on a Saturday morning! Have a good say all.:)0
