eugh tonight is a total write off already.

don't 100% know what has triggered it but came in, all set to make a fresh batch of soup for the freezer and I've already had a muller corner taking me up to 14.5syns plus some pure orange (4syns) and bf is home really late tonight but wants us to eat together so we are having 'chicken hut' (kfc copy but much much nicer!) and i have no will power to say no :(

to make up for the disaster of my lacking will power tonight tomorrow i have decided my day will be as follows:
breakfast: bran flakes with milk (HeB plus half HeA) and a banana
    snack: tangerine
lunch: cauli and horseradish soup (1syn) and a kiwi and a jelly pot (0.5)
WALK for one hour (trying to find an anniversary gift for bf)
    snack: tangerine
    GYM for one hour
tea: grilled chicken with smash, veggies and baked beans for me (chicken topped with bacon and cheese served with chips for bf)

grr next week bf is away tuesday and back very late wednesday so i will be supeer good, super low syn those days and gym on wednesday
Monday will be quite well behaved
    Thursday should be fine
Friday we are going to the Trafford centre to see my auntie but we will either have a big lunch OR big tea. not both and whichever is big we will just have something very small for the other.

really want to see a 2lb loss by next friday not so sure i will though :(

I have really really lost the plot big time.
I have eaten unhealthy things big time since weigh in on Monday.
Including a jar of chocolate spread.
Cannot get my head into the right place at all.
    Ho hum.

I haven't been able to use my laptop for a few days so just caught up with all your posts - well done to all the losers!!

I had my first WI on Tuesday and lost 1.5lbs....not mega, but a loss so I am pleased and if it carries on like that the stone and a bit I want to lose will be off in a few weeks. I just concentrated on following the plan and getting my head round it, though I don't eat lots of carbs. Really like the limited amount of weighing/counting compared to what I'm used to with WW, it's so lovely to be able to tuck into a pasta dish or whatever!

Making a real effort to eat fruit.....I am not a fruit lover at all! SO I have been having half a grapefruit with my brekkie, and munching through a tub of chopped melon every day too!

Thanks to the poster for the lemon curd recipe, I'm sorry, I've forgotten who it was!!! I love orange curd which I have on my wm seeded sensations for brekkie, so a syn free option is worth a try!
