Off the top of my head (don't have books to hand), is it that you can have either but having 2 is SS whereas 4 is just S (or 2 is S and 4 is nothing?). I'm sure it's something like that!
I have just relooked in book and it does say 2 ryvita S/F but 4 is FF.
Looks like i will stick to the 2 for now and after weigh in maybe have a small slice of bread. Thank you.

I have just put a bit of extra chewing gum in my mouth & realised it may have syns???

Also salad dressing, I cannot find any that are fat free??? The lowest I can find is 70 cals per 100g, I believe for it to be fat free it has to be 40 cals per 100g ??? I have always just sploshed some on, looks like I may need to measure out a tbsp now & count as a syn

Thanks Stef, not keen on the hellmans vinegarette, will look out for the Kraft ones, one I use is Honey & Mustard T3sc0 light choices, so will count 0.5 syn to be on the safe side, gum now in the bin, I only had one piece so its free :D

You dont have to be limited to cereal and/or cereal bars for HEB.
You can have tinned/dried fruit or some soups.
If you are only looking for cereal bars then
    2 x Alpen light,
    1 weetabix oaty bar
1 tesco light choice cranberry and blackcurrant bar
2 aldi harvest morn benefit bars - i prefer these to alpen
1 waitrose love life nut or fruit bar
1 special k chewy delight bar
    2 nutrigrain biscuits
1 the food doctor fig and mango OR pineapple and banana wholesome bar.
