ETA: Since free foods are not restricted on SW it's all about sensible moderation, so even though 5 Mullerlights are technically allowed I wouldn't say this was a good idea for anyone!
so thats why im only losing an average of 4lb a week .. perhaps if i cut out the 5 mullerlights i might lose more ... and the apples and bannanas

btw i havent been told to limit my fruit intake ... there were some women suggesting that bannans and potatoes stop you losing weight in group... then you look at my food diary .. oops :D

having said that i think the most important thing to note is different people react differently to certain types of food and the everyone needs to find what works for them ..

How can you say 'only losing 4lb a week on average'? If you continue to lose weight at such speed your body will not have time to adapt to the loss and the skin left behind will not have time to tone up, this is in addition to the possibility of your body going into shock and/or affecting mood swings.

Whilst my losses are slow and inconsistent they are an average of 1lb a week when added up. Which i were told i should be pretty pleased with as it is more than most achieve that attend through the clinic. My goal through the clinic is only to lose 5% of my current weight to continue receiving help from them.

    i was being facecous
the previous poster siad that eating 5 mullerlights and apples etc meant you wouldnt lose weight .. i was saying that it must be why i only lost 4lb a week on average basically turning her whole theory on the head ... i am happy losing what i am and at 19 st 8.5 i still have a lot to lose

If you were spurting blood everywhere yesterday while in A&E you could have killed 2 birds with one stone and asked them to fill a vial ready for you :p
