You dont have to be limited to cereal and/or cereal bars for HEB.
You can have tinned/dried fruit or some soups.
If you are only looking for cereal bars then
    2 x Alpen light,
    1 weetabix oaty bar
1 tesco light choice cranberry and blackcurrant bar
2 aldi harvest morn benefit bars - i prefer these to alpen
1 waitrose love life nut or fruit bar
1 special k chewy delight bar
    2 nutrigrain biscuits
1 the food doctor fig and mango OR pineapple and banana wholesome bar.

I must get a packet of these when I am in Aldi on Sunday, I only buy the Alpen when they are 2 for £3, are these less expensive and is it only one flavour?

If i remember correctly there are 3 flavours, apple and sultana, summer fruits and i think the other one is a chocolate one (been a while since i bought any), priced at £1.29ish a box so cheaper than alpen ones.

Lidl used to do one that was less than 40 cals but I found it a bit vinegary. Personally I either syn a dressing of choice or just add balsamic which is free and tasty.
