    Evenin all :)

Well done losers and hi and welcome to all the noobies

Just popped in for a quick update for you-appointment with surgeon next Tuesday . Am kinda scared lol.

Struggling a bit with food just now but doing a big shop tomoro, so hopefully get back on track. (DH won't let me buy bad stuff-he's being so good just now, unlike me :rotfl:) I'm just not in the right mindset just now, I'm elsewhere!

Hope you all don't have a covering of the white stuff. We had a few snow showers today, but luckily didn't turn in to much.

banjo-Did you watch Shetland? Did anyone else?
    What did you all think?

Thank you for your best wishes :)

Thank you all for the warm welcome. Bit of a yucky start to the week, I've got a chest infection:( got antibiotics so it'll soon clear up but I really don't feel like eating at all. I'm drinking plenty but worried about sticking to the plan - there's noway I can get that amount of food eaten. Hopefully tomorrow will be better and it won't affect Mondays WI.
I'm totally totally not an fitness person, not at all sporty and don't go out on my own but realise if I'm living healthier I also need to "move" more any tips? Would I "do" a DVD?

Steph that workshop did sound interesting, maybe if weight loss plateau it'd be worth looking even within the slimming world frame for 'different' choices :)
Am loving the support on here already :) x

Hi Sharalee, I've got it recorded but not watched yet. I haven't been too well recently and have had to have early nights. But looking forward to enjoying the scenery.

Now I'm in a pickle about WI tomorrow. Got my monthly bloods at 8.40 am and WI is 9.30, so the plan was to go to WI straight after bloods taken. Every little helps :)

But now my wife tells me that she cannot take DS to his hospital appointment tomorrow which is at 9.30am. Ye Gods!

So I said fine, I'll take DS to his hospital appointment, and go to my Group's evening WI tomorrow.
But now she tells me she has to stay at work until very late tomorrow and will be having a working Dinner with colleagues. So I have to stay with kids.

So I'm snookered. And it doesn't look good does it? There's no way DD will come with me, and I can't leave them.

I've got 2 further weeks left of my prepaid 12 week countdown left. Then we're away for 2 weeks holiday. So planned on stopping Group/membership then.

I thought i were a difficult wife to live with ;)
Are you able to weigh and run so that you are getting something for your money and just ask the kids to be patient while you take 10 mins to run in and go through the process without staying to group? Alternatively are there any other groups in the area where you can pop in just to weigh on a different day? I know in the small (not if you believe the news reports :rotfl:) town where i live then there must be atleast 2 groups on each day to be able to attend - certainly no excuses here of inconvenient times.
