With success express its easier to say stick to the same meals as EE BUT, you would only have 1/3rd of a portion and 2/3rds superfree. You have 2 HEA's and 2 HEB's. Any snacks between meals must be superfree's. When you use syns you must look at the highest syn values in the books/online and use those.

    Thanks Stef,
    Very [STRIKE]sucksink[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]sucksyntly[/STRIKE] well put :D

    Thanks Stef.

So I could maybe have a day like this....

    Milk for tea (1/2 HEA)

B: Weetabix (HEB) with a banana and an apple

L: Homemade vegetable soup with ryvita (HEB) and laughing cow (1/2 HEA)

D: Chicken stir fry (2/3rds veg)

Snacks and syns: Cheese (HEA) and any syns I have I pick the highest syn value.

    Does that seem right?

    Hi,

My WI is tomorrow after my first week of slimming world.
I've had a chinese, gone out on Mothers Day eaten my way through 4 night shifts and still stuck to the plan. I've even eaten a piece of the cake my daughter made for mothers day. If I'd eaten this much previously (I have eaten HUGE quantites) I would have put on weight. The bathroom scales suggest the opposite is true, but I'll see for sure tomorrow.
I feel full of energy which I'm sure must be down to all the fruit and veg I've had. I've also been cooking loads. My husband is sure I've gone over the top after he saw me eat my english breakfast this morning.
I'll let you know how I got on tomorrow night.
    ;)
