    Hi all,

Another busy day at work so just had a quick catch up and will try and read through properly later.

Shara - well done on the loss and sorry to hear you're not well. Have heard of PVFS and a friend has had ME-type symptoms for years which she thought may be post -viral- she has found that fruit and veg gave her more energy so I agree with Maman, good nutrition should certainly help.

Stef re. salt- haven't heard that before but just doing a quick search it seems that tap water does indeed generally contain more sodium than bottled water, depending on which area you are in. However, the difference is maybe 10-20mg/litre, which in comparison to the sodium in food is hardly anything - a 30g packet of crisps contains around 100-300mg, so unless you're following a seriously strict bodybuilding type diet I wouldn't worry. Besides, buying bottled water is not very MSE, especially if most of the tap water you drink comes from your work's tap anyway ;):money:

Maman - the lamb curry I mentioned last week is a tomato based one, and I'm going to make the Hairy Dieters chicken jalfrezi this week

    LL - belated happy birthday!

    EE today:
    B: Porridge (B), milk (A), golden syrup (2), banana
L: L/O liver, bacon, onions and mushrooms, butternut squash chips, satsuma
    T: Pasta of some type
S: Post WI goodies - probably a caramel egg and a packet of jelly tots :)

Right, I'm meant to be somewhere else so laters people- have a good day! :)

Good afternoon, hope your all well. :A

I'm feeling really disheartened today, it was weigh in number 7 this morning & I only lost 10 oz's. That means i've lost 10 lbs in 7 weeks. I know it's still a loss but i'm getting very frustrated seeing other people lose lb's every week. At this rate I won't be having my surgery this year as I still have 25 lb 9 oz's to lose & it's getting harder each week to lose anything. :(

I've got 7 weeks till I have to go back to see my surgeon & I was hoping to of lost most of the weight by then. I just hope he can see that i'm trying & not write me off. :(

ETA I know it's a loss & i'd rather lose 10 lbs than put it on but most of that (7 lbs) I lost in the first 2 weeks so in the following 5 weeks i've only lost 3 lbs.
I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

    Good afternoon lovelies

    Brrrrrrrrrr!!! I hate this cold.

I grabbed a couple of melons that were on offer last Friday.

Was hoping to have a big bowlful of melon and strawberries for brekkie to start SE this week...but I need hot food in this weather.

All I want to do is hibernate.

    B. tomato, pepper and onion omelette
    snack. Orange
    L. Jacket potato with tune and green salad
    snack orange
    D. chicken stir-fry (using soy sauce only)

    Bring me sunshine :)

    Don't get disheartened BCS,

Although I'm not one to say, as I've hit a plateau which is getting me down.

We'll just have to keep on plodding :)

I'm trying to be positive but have a really bad headache & feel really sick today so don't feel up to eating at all which isn't going to help. My granddaughter has been ill all week & i'm wondering whether i've caught it now.

Hope you have a good loss this week. :A
