Decided for tea i will adapt the following recipe for it to fit in the confines of both SW and the fat clinic.

So will be adding onion and garlic to the passata mix, lasagne layers between the veggies and possibly add more onion with the veggie mix. Morning all
Just a wee question. I was writing out wat i had to eat yesterday and i noticed that i forgot to eat a healthy B option. Is that really bad, i also notice i have a bit of a headache today, wonder if thats to do with it(stopped having headaches 3 days after i started SW last week so hopefully they arent backFeel like im having a really bad day over it all so hopefully can pick myself back up xx
Are you drinking enough? I personally find headaches stem from either not drinking enough or having drunk caffeine and then having withdrawl so no more diet pepsi/cokes for me because i cant stand the headaches, i also swapped my coffee for decaff.
If and where possible write down what you are eating as you eat so that you are documenting every morsel that passes your lips as this is where most hidden/forgotten syns come from. So while you are racking your brains about what you had yesterday come this afternoon you could then think blimey i also had that biscuit extra and didnt give it a thought - so a hidden couple of syns that will add up over the week.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Thank u Stef, i think maybe i havent drank enough water, i dont no. Maye ill see how i am after ive had my lunch. Probably the withdrawals of take outs as i was terrible on them before i started healthy eating. Ill try keep my diary, funny cause yesterday was only day i forgot to complete it, every other day my heads in the book lol xxLive Life to the Full and Enjoy!

Hi,
would you mind if I joined in?? I started my slimming world plan Monday.
I have followed slimming world in the past and had great results, but I think i need support and ideas as I don't really like the classes (can never be bothered to stay) so am doing it online this time round for information more than anything.
My aim is 2 stone this year, but 1 stone by June, which I really think I can achieve with lots of support......0 -
My E E Day today will be
B mushrooms tomatoes beetroot bacon egg melon
L mushroom soup (big bowl ) banana 2 slices of bread B +2 syns
S Yoghurt clementine x 2
D veg sausage 4syns egg s/w chips and beans Tomato Apple
Supper 2 clementines
A Milk B bread
8-10 fruit and veg
6 glasses of water
6-8 syns
Does anyone know the syn value for picalili sauce please ?0 -

My EE food diary for today...
B - 2 x weetabix (B), Milk (A), Banana
L - Mushroom, onion and ham omelette, muller and an apple
T - 3 x WW Sausages (1.5 syns), Mustard mash (1 syn?? I'm guessing atm will look later) mixed vegetables
S - WW Cheese biscuits (3.5 syns and Yuck!!)
Will prob have my usual fudge or mini fingers later for extra 5/5.5 syns

Afternoon! Quick question.....I don't like milk and don't drink tea or coffee, so can I split my A to be half milk, half cheese? i.e. 125ml ss milk for porridge, and 20g reduced fat cheddar grated over SW spag bol?????0

Stef I'm really glad your meeting went well...even if you have got reams of charts to fill in now!
I am having a pants day today.
Dads been taken into hospital, having a rubbish day at work, plus it's * week so all I really want is a box of cadbury's chocolate fingers...the whole box...and a bottle of wine!
Luckily (or not, depending on how you look at it) all I've got with me is a cherry muller light and sugarfree lemonade. Its WI tonight and I'm just not feeling very positive about it, I think if I've put on after trying so hard all week I may actually cry.
Sorry for the rant, just needed to get it off my chest!!0
