Good evening and welcome to our lovely forum page, I've not been here long myself but have been made to feel very welcome. If you have any questions please just ask, normally someone can always help.

It seems in height and weight we are doubles then, even with our target weight too! My babies were much smaller than yours though, at 6lb 10oz for my first and 5lb 6oz for my second, I still blame the C section from the second one for my 'jelly belly' but even that is wearing a bit thin after 10yrs!! LOL

My other two were 8lb 14 1/2 and 8lb 9. I just made the mistake of not worrying about losing it all afterwards as I knew that I wanted another baby! All done on the baby front now though, so no more excuses. The doctor told me if I had another one it would be even bigger than my last one, and as I had him naturally with just gas and air, just the thought of doing that again is enough to put me right off!!!!

My meeting today was very friendly, I'm not a 'group' person, which is why I went for the six week option. Hopefully, the losses will keep coming (I am a disillusioned, plateaued WW!) and that will give me the motivation to keep going!

    Thanks for the welcome xx

    Morning all,

Just a quick one as got in a bit late and have a busy morning. Stef - interesting to hear what the clinic said. I'm a little wary of the 'you shouldn't be eating that' type response, after all everything is ok in moderation and it's wholemeal bread, not lard! It sounds like with a bit of juggling you can work the two together, maybe by using syns as dairy then having a biscuit or something as the 100 cal treat? Will take a bit of planning, though if anyone can do it you can :)

    EE today:
    B: Porridge (B), milk (A), banana, maple syrup (2)
L: L/O lamb curry and rice, side salad
    T: Spag bol, parmesan (3)
    S: Pineapple, Freddo (5)

Have a good day folks :)

    Good morning everyone

Stef, sounds like you have a lot to 'digest' - so to speak!

Banjo, we haven't heard anything from since the weekend - hope you are OK :(

    EE for me today:
B: Boiled egg, slice of wholemeal toast (from 800g loaf), 1/2 grapefruit & bunch of grapes, small fruit juice (2 syns)
L: Large mixed SF salad with x3 Babybel Light & baby beetroot, ML greekstyle FF yogurt (1/2 syn)
T: Salmon fillet, mashed potato & mixed veg
S & D: Banana, satsuma, Options hot choc (2 syns)

Seems to be working having fewer syns during the week and saving some so I can be a bit 'naughty' at the weekends. I know this is not exactly recommended but I know Maman does much the same.

Welcome to all the newbies
