When I click on that I get a picture of a plate not a chart?
Yes i know but it is considered a chart, i cant find an online pic of all the portion sizes that are required to fill each section for the FSA balanced meal ideals. Its printed on the back of that pic haha

Been awol for a little bit, got a bit fixated with my new toy! Bought myself a fitbit and have gone a bit mental getting it to log steps and stairs climbed and all sorts! Still managed to lose a lb last night in group - not great but still in the right direction :)

Ahem 'mature' at 35 im still a spring chicken ;)
My heaviest was just under 16 stone the beginning of June 2012 had a couple of weeks loosely following SW before joining up so never got the initial big loss when joining up now i just need a rocket up my backside to shift the rest. My weight has only gone on in the last 6 years though i believe the terminology is 'contentment', met hubby settled in to a pattern of eating 3 meals a day with treats and odd take outs etc and over night the weight came on and has been laughing at me till i took control.

Sounds about right, the weight does seem to creep on with contentment :)

Oooops sorry 'spring chicken' I assumed you were about my age - I'm actually not that far wrong though, only just about 5 yrs above you :D

Ah I see, well hang on I'll have a look at the back of my laptop see if I can see the back of the chart there! :rotfl: Hehehe, seriously though if you think about that chart it fits very well into the Green days on SW. So there must be something there.

Hmmm I wonder which weight you would rather go with!? ;) How tall are you Stef? I know it's down to personal choice but my ideal weight is around 9st 7lb for 5' 6" but I will be happy and very comfortable with my weight at aound 11 stone. I know this as I used to be really thin and hated it but when I got down to 11 stone last time I really loved my shape :) I am currently at 12st 12lb so I'm afraid you guys won't be getting rid of me just yet!! :rotfl:

Ps. my user name comes from the days when I was really painfully thin...my brothers used to call me Lucky-Legs back then; Lucky they didn't snap!!!!:rotfl:

Evening, Newbie to SW officially joining in! Having asked a few questions on here a couple of weeks ago, I took the plunge and joined a group today on the six week package. I'm the same height as you and WI today at 12.12 too.....my heaviest at the end of June last year I was just over 14 stone  My weight pretty much went up a stone for each of the three kids I have...so I blame them!!! No, not completely, mainly the last one who was 11 pound 8oz. Thing is, he.s at school now so I have finally realised I can't blame the 'baby weight' anymore and it's time to do something about it. I agree with you in that charts aren't always the best thing to go off......I'm still ten stone even at my skinniest, so realistically, 11 and a half would be good, ideally I'd like to be ten stone something, but I'm not too worried about the weight, at my age (38) I'd rather be happy with my size.....and I really want to lose the extra round my middle which I NEVER had before I had the kids!!!

Good evening and welcome to our lovely forum page, I've not been here long myself but have been made to feel very welcome. If you have any questions please just ask, normally someone can always help.

It seems in height and weight we are doubles then, even with our target weight too! My babies were much smaller than yours though, at 6lb 10oz for my first and 5lb 6oz for my second, I still blame the C section from the second one for my 'jelly belly' but even that is wearing a bit thin after 10yrs!! LOL
