Thanks so much! I knew things just didn't look right today! I have made some soup for my lunch tomorrow packed with super frees so I'm hoping I do a better job then!
    X

I have the same problem Rhianny, soup is a lifesaver, mixed veg roasted with herbs, garlic and frylight is a nice way to help too.

Pretty good day today, the nice weather was kind of motivating.

B: Egg fried in FL on toast (HEB) and spread (1syn)
L: Baked sweet potato with cottage cheese (1 syn for spread)
D: SW chicken curry and boiled rice - and SW apple crumble and fromage frais for desert (6 1/2 syns)
Snacks: Mixed berries and FF yogurt, carrot sticks and bean dip (1 syn), Muller light, Banana

Got to say, the SW apple crumble is yummy (recipe is for 6, i made a baby one as only 2 of us eating).

My ideal weight would be anything between 9st7lb and 10st7lb so i get back in to my size 12's. My weight at SW is 12st11.5lb whereas the scales at the weight clinic were 80.5kg - around 5lb less!!! (i know which i would prefer to go with but then i will have conflicting sets of results).

Hmmm I wonder which weight you would rather go with!? ;) How tall are you Stef? I know it's down to personal choice but my ideal weight is around 9st 7lb for 5' 6" but I will be happy and very comfortable with my weight at aound 11 stone. I know this as I used to be really thin and hated it but when I got down to 11 stone last time I really loved my shape :) I am currently at 12st 12lb so I'm afraid you guys won't be getting rid of me just yet!! :rotfl:

Ps. my user name comes from the days when I was really painfully thin...my brothers used to call me Lucky-Legs back then; Lucky they didn't snap!!!!:rotfl:

Haha, just scrolled up to read it :rotfl:

Until i met my husband i had always been a size 12, even at 36 weeks pregnant with my daughter - Ok so she was only 3lb 11oz 18 years ago but i never looked pregnant with her, was told it looked more like swallowing a pea.

Ah bless she was a tiny bundle! I was skinny till after I had a C Section with child No2 but then I turned 30 and gave up smoking all around the same time so could be anyone of them or a combo of all three that started my weight gain...I try not to let run away though, the heaviest I've ever been was 5 weeks ago at 13st 8lb.

I think for your height though much less that 10st 7lb could be too far - us, ahem more mature ladies need to have some padding! ;)

Ahem 'mature' at 35 im still a spring chicken ;)
My heaviest was just under 16 stone the beginning of June 2012 had a couple of weeks loosely following SW before joining up so never got the initial big loss when joining up now i just need a rocket up my backside to shift the rest. My weight has only gone on in the last 6 years though i believe the terminology is 'contentment', met hubby settled in to a pattern of eating 3 meals a day with treats and odd take outs etc and over night the weight came on and has been laughing at me till i took control.
