    morning all!

    how is everyone today?any banter?

i'll decide properly tomorrow, but im strongly considering not going to WI this week. Three reasons really.

    1) work is chaotic so theres no guarantee that ill get away for the 5.30 (there is a 7.30 but means i wont be home until 10pm at least by the time i factor in travel )
    2) the friday class is in the middle of my working day so its not feasible at the minute to go to that
    3) (and most importantly) at the minute, im looking at a maintain at best... * week is here and literally all i want is chocolate and stodge. muller lights just aint cutting it :rotfl:

ill see how a wee sneaky weighing goes tomorrow, but i really want my 1/2 stone and if i want to have a good crack at it without stressing, which i know will happen, then im thinking that thurs is maybe better not happening. TBH i know that i need to be a certain weight for the end of this month which is stressing me a little because im a good way off that. essentially to be the weight i was when i tried on the dress initially, ive got to lose around a stone from now. it means losing around 3.5lbs a week which is do-able but i need to be uuber strict with myself like the old days....which this time round im finding harder.

ahh sorry for the rant guys,:(
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

    Hi all,

Well done Rob and BCS on your losses :) I put on 2.5lb :( not sure it's entirely justified but since that's what the scales said, so be it. Funny though, a lot of people gained- a lot expected it but some didn't. I think from 50 people getting weighed there was a total loss of 51lb but a total gain of 48 - must be the week for it!

Definately the week for it - my group lost 20lbs & gained 17lbs! (only 28 people weighed in too!)

I put on 1lb last night - i blame it on hubby! :rotfl:

Was your toast wm and within SW allowed HEB limits? If so because you are meat free today you could save syns and use the toast as your 2nd heb :)

Didnt post yesterday as was busy running around but kept up with all the natter. Well done on all the losses, hugs to those who believe the gains weren't justified and kicks up the backside for those who need it to get back on track.

I have my fat clinic meeting in a few hours and am literally cacking it - more than when walking in SW for the first time not sure why or what to expect this afternoon. Am going to take my old weighing book with me so she can see the full extent of the losses i have had since June and take it from there, also have 8 weeks worth of food diaries too so that should keep her busy haha.

Have had an ee week as i dont think mentally i could cope with too many weeks where SE became the only way to stay on plan with a loss at the end of it and am also loathe to do it after being told it will shift things in right direction to only lose 1lb. So less off the waffle and todays meals are :-

B, 2 WM toast, 1/2 tin of toms and a really nice juicy blush pear.
    L, undecided at moment
T, chicken breast, baby pearl pots, baby corn, mangetout, sugar snap peas and dwarf green beans - mixed berry eton mess (2syns for tiny meringues)
    HEA milk as always,
Remaining syns not sure as last few days been using them in meals rather than as 'treats' so maybe a teaspoon of butter on my spuds and/or some gravy.

    Will update after clinic.
