    Hello everyone :j

Just thought I would drop by to report a much better weekend with the OH eating/drinking situation - I even managed to lose 1.5 lbs this week which takes me back within my target range :D

Banjo, this is my first visit to the thread since Friday afternoon - I do hope you managed to find you way around the very awkward situation you were in with your wife offering to cook - I did feel for you as although my OH doesn't cook he usually tries to 'lead me astray' at the weekends but he was much better after our chat last week. By the way, your menus are looking much better ;)

Welcome to any newbies that have appeared over the weekend :hello:

Good luck to all with WI today.

T - Potato topped chicken, leek and mushroom pie (philly cheese 4.5 syns)

Other syns will be used on either a fudge (5 syns) or mini fingers (5.5 syns) and maybe a WW hot chocolate (1.5 syns) :)

Hope everyone has a good day x

I have no idea how to quote in my reply! But thank you Fannyanna and maman! Hopefully being stricter with myself in the week will compensate if things go awry at the weekend every now and then!

Under each post is a quote button press this to quote one message at a time. If you want to quote more than one message in one reply then the button next to quote has two speech bubbles in, press this on each post you want to quote then on the last one press the quote button and they will all come up for you :)

My rissotto was lush and when I realised that brocolli is a speed and scallops are super speed that made it even nicer :D

Thanks for that. Knew how to quote but often wondered how to multi-quote.

Sounds lush - recipe? Pretty please x

Don't have the book handy but some kind soul has posted it online here . I used frylight, curry powder and a bit of sweetener instead of oil, curry paste and sugar so it was syn free, and I did it all in a pan instead of in the oven :)

Thanks Blodwen I've got a decent sized leg of lamb in the freezer so I'll make that from LOs when I have it as a roast.
