I'll not talk about how I was last night (grazed, not much but more than ideal and had pizza from Pizza Hut for tea!) or most of today. Just not felt real hunger so have grazed. Although some of what I grazed on today has been free stuff like cooked pasta, carrot sticks and cucumber
Tomorrow is planned as follows:
Breakfast: porridge (HeB) made with half water and half milk (1/2 HeA) with 1tsp golden syrup (2) and a banana
Snack bag for at work: cucumber, lettuce and ham wrap (5) ,carrot sticks, 2satsumas, yogurt and a kit kat (5)
Lunch: spag bol - got a lower syn sauce than usual but still need to work it out
Drinks: squash, a can of pepsi max
Happy to go a little over 15syns as I'm only having 1HeB
Need to weigh myself at some point too
Ps sorry for any mistakes I'm on my phone!************************************

I am in DREAD mode. My wife very rarely cooks - about 4 or 5 times per year. But she has taken it upon herself to cook her speciality tonight for dinner. This is the first time she has cooked this year, so I suppose it was due.
The problem is the amount of olive oil she uses. I said to her in a subtle way, that there was a SW recipe which uses frylight instead of olive oil. But she is frying potatoes and onions in the usual half bottle of oil
I'm trapped, I'll just have to have a tiny portion. And that is going to get me the mega sulk anyway in a mega way
B. muller light vanilla yogurt with 30g muesli Hex B.
Snack. Banana.
L. Turkey, broccoli and carrots.
D. Help!
SS milk in coffees.
Sometimes you have to choose your battles, Banjo - let it go and write it off as flexi syns, and maybe try to pull it back tomorrow.0 -
Hi everyone
I've just started back at SW (joined again 28th Feb) after a long gap (was pregnant and now losing quite a bit of baby/post baby weight).
I lost about 2 stone before but have now put almost all of it back on. I've had an okay few days, did have a couple of vodka/diet sprite last night but think i saved enough syns for it. Also wobbled a little (but only a little) having lunch and birthday cake at my mums today.
B: Cooked breakfast: grilled lean bacon, egg fried in frylight, beans, 2 slices nimble (HEA), light spread (1 syn)
L: Roast pork, potatoes, carrots, peppers, stuffing, onions, gravy, small slice birthday cakeTuscan bean soup, 2 crispbread (3 syns)
Have just found out, although i thought said soup would be fairly low syn is actually 13 syns on EE *sob* Oh well, carry on tomorrow i guess0 -

I'm afraid when it comes to her handful of recipes she uses, there is no compromise. They have to be authentic. As in the avocado war
I feel so down, I'm thinking of making myself sick afterwards.
Sorry for the moan.
BB - One thing I have noticed on SW is how you start to obsess about food, about losing that next lb.
Take a deep breath and calm down.
1 night of beyond of SW cooking isn't going to destroy that. Have you used your HE? Olive Oil is a HE.
Find the positives. SW shouldn't rule your every thought, it certainly shouldn't set you off into such a panic either.
Failing all else claim back the syns over the next couple of days, by not using all your syn allowance.
You have been doing so well there is no reason this one meal will cause that to stop.
That said, I, losing at a steady .5 weekly have been feeling out of sorts Feeling really podgy - which is silly considering I am still losing. Slowly.
Very, very slowly.
So after raging at the injustices of the world and no longer being able to afford group sessions. I realised that as well as ditching group, I'd stopped most of my exercise.
30 minutes on the Wii Fit and I already feel so much better. I've also agreed to start running with a friend.
We shall see how that pans out!
So, while SW works on its own. Exercise will really make the lbs drop and the the flab tone.0 -

It's heart breaking when you think you're being good and you find out that's not the case.
Keep plodding. Baby weight will be gone before you know it.0
