Lots of motivation around at the minute
. I have decided (being a slightly out of target member
) to stop going to group and just use the amazing support online here.
I'll do a once the month trip to keep my account live at group.
Despite letting go of the reins over Christmas, I haven't gained so much that my current clothes don't fit so I can spend my petrol money else whereI will lose more once my body has kicked out of panic mode, but I am going down the exercise path now. 6 stone in 8 months isn't something to sniff at is it? I might save for the Fitbit I have heard so much about.

So, I joined on 30th Dec, but actually started SW on Jan 1st, but have to weigh in today, so not completed a full week.
I lost 5lb. I am pretty chuffed with that TBH. I know you always lose more the first weeks, but I don't care lol. It's 5lb off, never to be seen again. :j :j0 -
5lb is excellent. Well Done. Trick is to stay with it on the second week. If your weighing at home be sure to weigh at the same time if you can too.
You should be well chuffed with that, I know I would be!0 -
Well done shar :j
Shellie that's a great weight loss, was that in just a year? Did you exercise too? I've got a big target to aim for.Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Good morning fellow slimmers.
I am trying to fill in some of the blanks in my food diary for the week gone. I had a 'day off' for which I am misusing flexible syns.
Do any of you know how many syns in brandy butter
Many thanks in advance!

Thanks, I will do that.
I am pleased, and DH has lost the same too
I see your weight loss is huge, hope I can be as motivated as you
I do plan to start (vigorous) exercising at some point, but my back pain will not allow for that at the moment. Vicious circle I feel, as it's the extra weight that is causing the pain!
Oh well, a few more strolls with the dog, and I might dust off the wii. Any exercise is better than none I guess
Have a great day everyone, I'm off to work0 -

You can only have 1 HEA & 1 HEB on the EE plan.
Because it's EE your beans are free but you need more SF with breakfast.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
