I need some crunch!! like biscuity crunch! and tips for low syn biscuits?!

Tried Kallo organic chocolate rice cakes yesterday and they were really yummy. Got them from Holland and Barratt. They're a good size and are 3 syns each. Think there's about 8 biscuits in a pack.

Moomin21 I'm a bit of a biscuit fiend too and I find the little bags of cadburys fingers are just enough and I can take my time with them too. They are either 5 or 5.5 syns per bag and are only £1 for 5 bags at Asda atm :)

I know this is a SW thread but I just HAVE to share or else I'll burst!!!

We got invited to an award assembly today at my sons (senior) school...I was so very, very proud when he got awarded THREE different certificates (all nominated by different teachers) for his achievements/attitude to learning so far this year.

Had i of just stuck to EE and upped my syns like requested then i would have been ok with it but to do 3 days of SE aswell which is meant to speed things along abit then it is really deflating. I also had 7.5 syns left to play with where as a usual week i would of had around 40.

My consultant suggested I might try SE this week - or drink more fluids. Am going to try the latter. I'm doing EE too and it clearly works because I di well until the New Year really. Also most people at my group do EE and they have very good losses.

Has anybody found that drinking considerably more helps their weight loss?

I drink a minimum of 1.5L a day and cant say its made a huge difference.. might if I upped it perhaps?

a lad at my group lost 4.5 this week which he said was due to drinking more water?!
