Slimming world stop giving appraisals for independant products a while ago because they have no control over the changes in recipes or it costs individuals too much money to get accreditation for their goods.

I have looked on SW online and the sausages you mention are not on the list. The lowest syn sausages available at the minute are 0.5syns each and are available from Sainsburys or M&S. Sainsburys extra lean cumberlands or M&S Butchers selection reduced fat.

just found this on money saving expert seems like a big list and its a bit difficult to read as its a bit squiff but here goes copied and pasted

Stef's right about the accreditation changing. We were told that the butcher's that sold them were still making them to the same recipe but didn't/couldn't advertise them as SW any more. It sounds like they could be OK and as you've bought a pack you might just as well eat them! Personally I buy the Sainsbury's 0.5 syn ones. Yummy!

Shaz What date is that list from. Just because things are on this site doesn't mean to say that they are upto date or current. If you want the most upto date info going then you are better to follow a thread that is being regularly updated now such as this one.

Hi do you think this looks about right? i made them for the kids thinking i would be able to resist but keep eating them :mad:

banana x4 = 20syns
150g caster suger =30
150g juvela white mix =27 g/f flour
100g stork for cakes = 48
2 egg = free
1/4 tsp baking powder = 1/4 syn
total= 125 1/4
divided by 24 cakes = roughly 5.5 syns

Reducing you to 4.5 as i cant see any details on line for the juvela.

thank you so much, i think ill take a wee scoot to sainsburys in future need to know as my weigh in is monday and need to change anything that i am doing wrong. much appreciated xx

We have all been newbies at some stage and nothing is too silly to question. Would rather see you set up on the right track and heading towards your target smoothly than see you bogged down with too much info to handle and getting it all wrong and giving up at the first hurdle.
