Sori to be a pain but if it says use 5-15 syns a days and u dont use any does that mean u save 10 or 15. Is it compulsory that you use at least the 5 in one day?xxLive Life to the Full and Enjoy!

It is considered a bit of a 'tweak' to save syns but it is accepted. I think it depends on your own mindset/lifstyle, so what works for you. Some people seem to cope better with a 'treat' daily others can save them up. Personally I eat/drink fairly syn free during the week and have my syns at weekends. I have 80+ syns at weekends and use the rest for gravy and sauces through the week. I always work to the maximum of 105 a week. That's worked for me and I'm at target and have been for 18 months. So I suppose it's 'suck it and see'.:)0 -

Help !! Can somebody catch the wagon please so that I can get back on !!
Bad day yesterday..went for a meal out at lunch, OK - came on here to ask for syns and decided to say that they were all I was having yesterday....then opened a bottle of wine, 2 packets of quavers, 3 alpen light bars, and 2 mini wholemeal subs with egg mayo....(think thats it)
To be honest thats nothing like one of the binges that I used to have...and no chocolate, biscuits or cake. So if I look on the bright side it could have been worse0 -
Just wanted to say hi. I'm 5foot 3 and my weight has recently crept up to 11st 5lb from about 10 stone. A friend of mine has recently lost about 20lb on the plan and I've been inspired! Bought the magazine yesterday, have found out where my local group is and I start on Wednesday. I'm going to have a go at making some of the recipes online before I start so I don't put anymore on before I start!!
I'm going to read through this thread now and see if I can get any tips. I may have a few questions! I'm going to need all the help I can get!!
Thanks
