Can I have some help with syns please.... I have just been for a meal out in a pub.. I chose what I thought would probably be OK. It was shredded beef in a chilli sauce, with boiled rice and salad. Fine I thought.
When it came the beef was covered in something like batter (I'm not convinced it was batter to be honest) and I have absolutely no idea of what to syn it as.
I didn't even have a drink as I was trying to be good - the meal was lovely though !
Thanks

Personally i would probably call it your syns for the day & carry on as normal tomorrow!
I've heard rumours that some jacket potatoes in pubs are either fried in oil or injected with it!0 -
Harvester is one of the only pub chains i know that coat the outer sides of the jacket potato with oil before cooking to prevent the skins over drying out due to customers complaining the shells were too crispy to eat. As this is only the skin and it doesn't penetrate the potato its ok to eat. The majority of consultants advise you to choose a JP when eating out as the healthiest option available usually.Personally i would probably call it your syns for the day & carry on as normal tomorrow!

Are there any vouchers or anything doing the rounds at the minute for free joining ?
I'm wanting to go back to SW, but I'm a bit skint at the minute, so free joining would really help if its on anywhere
Thanks in Advance

Hi everyone!
I have managed to work my way through the whole post - took me a while ha. I am on my first week of SW and am completely loving it so far. Me, my mum and sister are all doing it together online so we have a mini group going on!
Everyone who posts seems really helpful so I hope you don't mind if I post my thought or questions every so often
Thanks!
