Just a heads up. If any of you are using or considering using a fatburner supplement - don't. They are all marketing scams/ploys and overpriced. If you have to use one though, i'd recommended clenbuterol (Clen). Not a magic pill by any means, but lasts for ages and quite cheap and if you have a good diet and are doing some sort of training then it will definitely speed up fat loss.

Alex if you bother to read the thread instead of spamming it you will find we all eat healthy balanced diets instead of relying on a load of money wasting bumf.

Is that an independant butchers or an Irish brand?

HAHA! Spamming it? Jesus. I am trying to help you. Goodluck "slimming" by "eating healthy". It clearly sounds like its working.

I've been going to the gym 5 days a week for the last 6 years and have been a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist in the past, as well as a sponsored athlete for a major sports supplement company. I know exactly what I am talking about.. Instead of being so quick to shut people who are trying to help down, perhaps you should be less narrow minded. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got.

If anyone is actually serious about losing fat, toning up or adding muscle and is actually in the slightest bit appreciative, then feel free to drop me a PM. I wont be checking this thread anymore with members like the above here.

Yes ,it is actually working as i said read what has been put in these posts. I find it odd you have gone from a long list of replies on the money section to leaving one on a Slimming page. You haven't done the same to the weight watchers thread or the 5:2 diet. Had you knowledge in the product you are trying to push the first thing you would outline are any side effects. You have not take anything like medical history into account just come on to a random thread boasting the 'great effects' of a product.

Where are they listed as approved?
Slimming world stop giving appraisals for independant products a while ago because they have no control over the changes in recipes or it costs individuals too much money to get accreditation for their goods.

I have looked on SW online and the sausages you mention are not on the list. The lowest syn sausages available at the minute are 0.5syns each and are available from Sainsburys or M&S. Sainsburys extra lean cumberlands or M&S Butchers selection reduced fat.

there was a thread on mse saying who was approved butchers and they were on the list that did Slimming World meat, they have their meat sent away to be approved weither or not they are slimming world worthy or not, the butcher was telling me when i was in getting the meat pack. I just wanne be double sure because one person tells you one thing an then someone else says another. Im so into losing as much weight as i can so wanne listen to you guys that are at it along time an no wat yous are talking about. This site is really great and i am glad i have noticed it on my first week. Thanks for all your help, youve been great!xx

Only items on the Slimming world site or in the food directories will be what is approved by SW, as i previously said the accreditations and approvals that were previously given out have all been withdrawn from independent sources like your local butchers because of the changes in recipes etc.

Are you going to group/member online/ or going it alone?
