We've been told by our consultant if you have rotisserie chicken it has to be synned as they inject them with oil to keep them moist - not sure how true this is and whether it depends on the supermarket, but one member had the Asda ones a few times and gained/STS every time, so could be some truth in it.
We were told the same. They inject OIL and SUGARS depending on which flavour you opt for.
We are totally out of everything superfree aside from tangerines- it's making it hard to avoid the chocolate/cereals. Big shop in the morning though.
Had lean mince in yorkies tonight - synning the yorkies though. Everything else was free on the plate. Well worth the syns!
Last night was a rather delish spag bol, and before that it was meat and veg pie (sliced potato crust top. Yum)
Trying to avoid cooking with the muller/syn free yoghurts after seeing a facebook post about it turning into formaldehyde.
 Not helpful.:(0

Thank you. As neither of us knew what to expect it went remarkably well. The advisor didn't know that his condition is degenerative and will only worsen and looked rather disappointed for him when she asked about 'miracle cures' and modern medicine to be told he has tried the anti-tnf therapies and they failed and neither of them are going to heal him but possibly slow the disease down so the outcome will still be the same no matter how long it takes to get to that point.stef~Hope your OH's appointment went well.
No pressure to look for work, gave options of volunteering if possible to gain experience. Leaflets on getting back to work when ready and how to recognise a disability symbol employer etc. So next appointment will be a telephone interview to see if anything has changed.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Have just quickly googled this and it isnt restricted to Muller yogurts its to do with the aspartame in a product. One of the ways that aspartame is metabolized by our bodies is turning it into formaldehyde. Its something to do with how the stomach breaks it down.SwipernoSwiping wrote: »We were told the same. However google some more and you will see people say that this is a hoax and to take it with a pinch of salt. Our in house scientologist maybe able to clear this up for us:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

To see how much weight you have lost i recommend removing your belt and going for a dance round your kitchen listening to Candy to see if they drop down any quicker than last time lol:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

I'm on Humira Stef. I think it's made a small slow-down. My CRP levels are generally lower on average since I started it.
LOL - yes my DD knows it all off by heart 0 0

You must be tolerating it well to have been on it so long. On one of the facebook pages i am on for my husbands condition a lot of them cant stay on it too long because of constant infections due to lower immune systems. Unfortunatley for the purpose he was using it for it made no difference to his condition, not sure if this is anything down to the consultant removing all his other pain meds because if you speak with any of the overseas users of it they are taking other meds along side of it. But onwards and upwards to the next smartie at the drugstoreBanjo_Bear wrote: »I'm on Humira Stef. I think it's made a small slow-down.
