Sorry to say it Banjo, and sorry you haven't lost but yes you need to eat more.
I think this is why you keep being nagged and put on naughty step.
It is counter intuitive but true, your body needs to think food as plentiful.0 -

You are not daft - YES eat more
That is what everyone has been trying to say over the last couple of weeks :-)
Go & stuff yourself silly! (on the good stuff!)0 -
PS. I've just had a slice of that chocolate cake I baked yesterday. A tiny slice, but still a slice
It was delicious with a freshly brewed coffee. But I feel so guilty now
Off I go to the naughty step!0 -

WI this morning recorded no loss, no gain = STS
I can't believe it. That is after being poorly for 4 days and hardly keeping anything in my tummy.
That means I've lost 1lb in the last 2 weeks. My wife is going to laugh herself silly

A little white lie to your wife will do no harm.
Why dont you try eating a wee bit more (of the right foods obviously) & see how it goes?
DO NOT do what I am doing this week.
Yesterday I had a large piece of cake & then later on had a chinese & some hotel chocolate dip thingy.
Luckily there were a lot of us to share it:rotfl:

Just wondered if anyone has
Slow cooker recipes for chicken/chicken legs
Alternative ideas for ham salad for lunch.
I'm not sure what sort of facilties you have for lunch but I have:
HM soups
fried potatoes/bubble&squeak with cold meats and pickles
pasta salad (favourite is with roasted veg in but you can add anything)
sardines on toast with beetroot
Batchelors Golden rice with SFs stirred in
jackets with cottage cheese and more beetroot!
LOs from previous night's supper so perhaps chicken casserole without the chicken IYSWIM!:rotfl:
I've never done chicken in my slow cooker but most casserole type recipes can be adapted.
Blodwen, heard an article on the radio today about sweeteners. Confirmed exactly what you're saying, you'd need impractical amounts for it to be a risk.0 -

Hello!
I'm new to SW and to the forums, had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 3lbs...so far so good!
Just want to check that I'm doing things properly.
If I make yorkshire pudding for example... the eggs are free, could I use the milk as HeA, use fry light instead of oil and just syn the flour?! Or do I have to syn the whole thing...the book says 4.5 syns for 50g which seems quite a lot0 -
Phew! Busy, busy, busy....been to work, came back went to Asda, home, prepared chicken chasseur for tonight along with boulangerie potatoes (thanks to whoever posted that one on here), then cooked myself a mushroom rissotto (Stef I surprised myself it worked out really well and tasted fine with the quark too, I can cook after all!), now eating said rissotto and muller yoghurt then back out to work....glad hubby is switching on the oven, at least dinner will be done when I get back and I hopefully can chillaxe!!
*Edit* I forgot also spent time on phone trying to help a friend out0
