Stef~She will be unable to do that now as we w3ere told now people couldent book holidays except at group in advance.SW are changing the system & it can only be done linked to our blue cards.
Maybe to prevent the issues you have mentioned.
People got a note about it last night.
What "blue cards"? I haven't got one - or is this something new that's been introduced in the last month?

Holiday is definately from the date you joined for a year
Denise - interested to see how you do - when my brother was living in Spain and was told to loose weight - they suggested eating alot of bread (the fresh stuff not the processed stuff we get from supermarkets) to loose weight - it works over there - i think it has something to do with the fresh yeast etc.:o
Will post my gain on Thursday after weigh in.

Hi all just wondering if anyone can give me ideas for my tea tomorrow evening...
I have to be at DS school at 6pm (to choose his options  he's only 12 and still in yr8) and as I don't get in from work till 5.50 I will have to eat after the event . By the time we get home and get DD to bed it will be near enough 8.30/9pm so I want something that is either very quick or that can be prepared well in advance. But just to make things a bit more awkward I like to eat a 'proper' meal in the evening, something filling, so just a salad or a soup will not be enough. Thanks
Ps. It will be a green day but will be able to keep an A and a B choice if needed0 -

If you have the time to prepare something tonight and then put it on a slow cook in the oven while your out im sure there would be other ideas to pop out
This takes less than half an hour or start cooking it prior to going out and leave it to reheat for long enough for rice or whatever else to cook

Never cooked a risotto before, is it easy?
I have a slow cooker so could use that and as I work a split shift I'm home during the day for a couple of hours0 -

Hi all,
Had normal brekkie (2syn) and had planned on just my ham salad with a dash of sweet chilli sauce (2syns) for lunch but got told I had to attend a lunch meeting and eat there so had grilled veggie skewers and cous cous - 3 syns max I would estimate. 2 finger kit kat mid afternoon (5.5) and a jelly pot (0.5)
So...pretty high on syns already - not really hungry atm but if I get peckish I have some hard boiled eggs and cooked pasta in the fridge.
Going to demand a good day out of myself tomorrow so:
Breakfast: the usual (2syn) (HeB+1/2HeA)
Mid morning:satsuma
Lunch: roast chicken mugshot (free),satsuma, maybe a jelly pot (0.5syn)
Mid afternoon: 2 finger kitkat (5.5syn)
tea: lean chicken grilled, served with veggies and smash
total of 7 syns
Thursday will be good all day then going for drinks after work (someones b'day) but will just have a diet coke as I'm going to the gym (either normal gym sesh of an hour or a 45min zumba class). Post gym dinner will not be 100% SW friendly but I'm ok with that.
Thursday I'm going to try for:
Breakfast: as usual (2) (HeB+1/2HeA)
Mid Morning:satsuma
Lunch: hmm not sure yet. Maybe the same as Wednesday (0.5)
Mid afternoon: special k biscuit moments (5)
Tea: take away
So...more syns but hopefully ok due to gym-ing etc
Trying to have just 1 HeB again for a while whilst I'm having meals with a few extra (but not too many extra) syns in************************************

ETA Fail safe recipe, a fave in our house. 20 odd mins and done, and very tasty. Easy to adapt for whatever ingredients you prefer.0
