The satsuma wouldnt be enough to cover it and with your evening meal you have mushy peas which are great as a SS but there's no SF.
I know some have commented that you are eating a lot but i dont think you are when you see the size of some of the meals on the Meal plans online. Just try and up the superfrees at each meal you eat through the day and i am sure your losses will pick up.
I almost had heart attack writing up the amount of food i should be eating on SE as its loads more than i usually would eat. I jokingly said to one lady on my facebook group i am going to end up looking like a berry by then end of the week:o:o
Lunch. was very large bowl of Celery soup, jacket potato left over baked beans with a green salad. ?
Dinner fish chips and mushy peas slice of lemon tomato Raspberries and blueberries and plums for after ?:D0 -
So if I have mushrooms and tomatoes and beetroot for breakfast with what I had chosen. Then breakfast would have been correct.

I wouldn't worry, there isn't much that is TMI on this thread! It is normal, yes, especially if you fruit and veg intake has increased. It may well settle down once your body gets used to it.

Took the brood shopping with me to Morrisons after fetching son from his voccational course. All the piggies had their lunch in there while i sat back with my diet coke waiting for them to come home and cook my lunch. Was too lazy to make an omlette but managed to cook all the components seperately so essentially have still had the same thing. Just hoping i can manage my tea tonight now:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Good afternoon Gang Gang :wave:Thanks for the hugs Banjo - sounds like you need some too, so hugs back to you
Didn't have the chat with OH last night as we were both busy with other things but hope to sit down and have a bit of a heart-to-heart about the situation tonight.
Awhh, thanks sukeyboo. Hope your chat goes well tonight.
All this talk of holidays. I'm stuck even if I wanted to keep going to Group then, as I take 6 weeks away every Summer.
It's still so cold out there. I want Spring, and I want it now
Today's:
B. Muller light cherry yog with 35g muesli (HexB)
L. Roasted salmon with chilli, broccoli and tomatoes.
Snack. Apple and an orange
D. Chicken and LO veggie soup.
SS milk in coffeees.0 -
