    Oh ooops - the values I gave you were the values per serving though so did you put the pack size in as 9 1/2g or 38g?
    I put it in for both and it still came back at 11syns. It came back as 4 if i selected per 100g though

    Ahh hang on I just looked at the pack again and the per serving includes the chicken so maybe that's it....so 100g of recipe mix is...

    energy 304g, Protein 8.2g, carbs 57.3g, sugars 11g, fat 3.3g, saturates 1g.
    Then it would be a 9 1/2g serving.

    Even as I'm typing this I can see this is massively different so must be that they have included the chicken in the per serving values- sorry to mess you around x

    Did you hear that banjo??:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    Ye but Banjo seems to lose with the amount he eats, I don't

    First time I've ever heard someone look forward to the big O!!;)I'd suggest you work on a meal plan for the next few weeks. Being busy and stressed is a fatal mixture for just grabbing rubbish. Oh, and beware well-meaning colleagues who bring in goodies to keep the spirits up!
