It annoys me that most of the offers on there are limited to Tesco. One of the only supermarkets we dont have here i have to travel into the neighbouring city for that one. The A2 milk wasnt available near me till after the survey section closed and then it is only in the Morrisons on the opposite side of town. Wish they would do items that were more broadly available.

I'm limited too. As I live in Shetland, we only have 2 supermarkets. One is Tesco, the other is Co-op. :(

I did the Aromatic chicken bake from the new One-Pot SW recipe book today and very nice it was too.

It is all free and easily served 4.

OMG is it really too much?? I do seem to be eating a fair bit, but the vegies seem a lot when it's written down.

Sorry I scared you. Didn't mean to. No I just wrote what I was thinking and it's probably not too much. :) If anything I probably don't eat enough. My old consultant always said I should use all my syns but I don't always want them.

  • I have to say I am very lucky with supermarkets, i have an Asda just up the road (5 min WALK) and another down the road 7/8 min drive. We also have Tesco and Morrisons within a 15 min drive and Sainsburys which is the furthest one is about a 20 min drive but also right near where I work :)

Oh ooops - the values I gave you were the values per serving though so did you put the pack size in as 9 1/2g or 38g?
